This location is overworked an underpaid. You can definitely tell the staff is burnt out but no matter what we get our food fresh and hot and couldn't ask for a sweeter staff they are doing their best to get everyone what they need in a timely manner but when half of the equipment is broken as in no biscuits for about 2 months as Equipment is broken and upper management has not done anything to help this staff repair it. It's hard for them but we as consumers don't make it easy...read full review

Got a 2 piece breast and thigh extra crispy. The batter was nasty and the chicken tasted rotten. The staff atleast was pretty good. Otherwise I probably won't return. The only decent thing of the meal was the drink. The customer service was good. Food not so much. Spent 12 bucks to throw it in the trash after a couple bites.

I'm not sure what's going on here. Employees looked disheveled...no hair restraints and clothes were filthy...worried they may live there. My food was good, but cold, forgot my potatoes/gravy and they were out of coleslaw. Scared to return.
