Salad bar needed allot of help, There was just a little chicken in the bottom of the container and it looked dried out, Black olives looked old and did not taste good, there was only 4 types dressing, (3)French, (3)Ranch, (1)Italian Herb Vinaigrette and (1)Sour Cream and some of them were empty. Mashed Potato’s were like a thick soup, there was only 6 pieces of chicken, and the one I took was dried out. After about 30 Minutes I asked if they were putting out more chicken, the lady went in the kitchen and came out with a try full, It must have been setting because the piece I got was not even hot. I had 3 pieces of Pizza, tasted like something out of a box from Walmart. Under cooked and soggy. At least the Desert Pizza, and Cookie were good. I normally eat at Baraboo, and defiantly will not be recommending Readsburg to anyone
I called the Pizza Ranch as recommended by them. Appears no one knows anything about customer service. I will again Defiantly not recomend the Pizza Ranch in Reedsburg.

Only down fall, they start taking down their buffet an hour before the close. When a family comes in with an hour to eat, don't keep taking down the food. It's so disrespectful and you'll just loose business. Talk about feeling rushed to get out.

Very disappointed. Potatoes were cold. Used to be able to get bbq chicken now plain old broasted. If want bbq have to open a packet. Salad bar was good but $15 for salad bar when didn’t eat anything else is a little pricey.

We ate at the Reedsburg Pizza Ranch last night The young man who rang us in was so very polite The young man who I asked to please wipe the table was very nice too as he was trying to clean so many dirty tables. We sat in a booth by the window. The ledge there was FILTHY dirty & old dried on food! On the bench was dried on food The floor was scattered with food. Food wasn’t up to par that Pizza Ranch has. What a disappointment Will never go there again
