I loved how the place looked like a log cabin
Not sure how you are still in business employee just stood there and looked at me and then ignored me for at least 10 minutes not a word from her so we left never will we stop there again
Don't not get hamburgers from Arby's they serve them still raw in the middle
Went thru the drive thru got potato cakes 2 orders of 4 fresh served hot fresh grease in fryer no bitter after taste
This Arby's has yet to let me down, always friendly staff and quality food. Definitely a must stop for me on my travels.

I order through DoorDash about $60 worth of food. Part of the order was a French Dip with double meat and two normal French Dips. I didn't receive a double meat French dip and 1 of the two that where supposed to be just regular only had meat on half the sandwich. I called the store just to make them aware and while I was speaking to a guy on the phone a female in the background starts telling him "I can't just deliver it" with an attitude clear enough to hear through my conversation with the other employee.
I had no intention of asking them to deliver another sandwich, or to even ask for a refund. I called because it was the second time order form them that an issues has come up and I just wanted to make them aware. I wasn't rude on the phone, aggressive, or angry.
I didn't appreciate the attitude so I'm leaving this review. Maybe next time, before you decided to get angry, actually let the customer finish talking so you know what they are trying to accomplish.
