Terrible “cook” in back. What even is this amount of lettuce. I would personally like a refund on my order. I will be calling the establishment. Terrible quality, little amount, I’m extremely dissatisfied, I will not be back.

Don't know the name of the woman working the drive-through because I didnt get a receipt but she was rude. Only filled my drink 3/4 full. Didn't give us the sauce we asked for. And was just overall very rude. I was very pleasant with her. This made me not want to come back

We were the only ones in drive through. Took 5 minutes to get order correct on screen and 15 minutes a at the window. Terrible service.

I have tried to give this place multiple chances. Today I ordered a double whopper with cheese and my wife ordered the new mushroom Swiss. She received an ice cold sandwich with cold cheese and i recieved a single whopper no cheese and minmal sauce. At this point this location is not very good and I would not recommend. I've tried to love it for a year, I'm over it now. Just bad all the way around.

The sign on the door says lobby open 8 to 4 but when you try to open the door the door was locked (12:20 in the afternoon) and the employee inside didn't bother to open the door. Decided to go to Culver's where the service is better anyways. But maybe I wanted chicken fries! They probably would have been dry anyways. Won't be long and this Burger King will be closed like the one in Minocqua.

Went in to order food and general manager was yelling and swearing at guest and his young employee. Very unprofessional n the verbal abuse and language he subjected everyone to was absolutely absurd! Also he refused to hire someone for being pregnant which is discrimination at its finest n attorneys have been talked to! This place is a joke and should be shut down no one deserves to be treated guest or employee like a piece of garbage! Absolutely obnoxious rude behavior n very unprofessional they need new management no doubt!! I was going to order food but after that I turned and walked out very upset after witnessing that all! Also called corporate to fill them in as well if the situation!

The manager was sitting there, yelling at customers, cussing and swearing at his customers and yelling and swearing at his young employees I don't agree with how he treating his employees screaming at his employees saying that they were busy, even though there was only one car in the drive-through there was nobody in the actual Burger King something need to be done with how this place is rain before it to late thank you
