I have tried to give this place multiple chances. Today I ordered a double whopper with cheese and my wife ordered the new mushroom Swiss. She received an ice cold sandwich with cold cheese and i recieved a single whopper no cheese and minmal sauce. At this point this location is not very good and I would not recommend. I've tried to love it for a year, I'm over it now. Just bad all the way around.

The sign on the door says lobby open 8 to 4 but when you try to open the door the door was locked (12:20 in the afternoon) and the employee inside didn't bother to open the door. Decided to go to Culver's where the service is better anyways. But maybe I wanted chicken fries! They probably would have been dry anyways. Won't be long and this Burger King will be closed like the one in Minocqua.

Went in to order food and general manager was yelling and swearing at guest and his young employee. Very unprofessional n the verbal abuse and language he subjected everyone to was absolutely absurd! Also he refused to hire someone for being pregnant which is discrimination at its finest n attorneys have been talked to! This place is a joke and should be shut down no one deserves to be treated guest or employee like a piece of garbage! Absolutely obnoxious rude behavior n very unprofessional they need new management no doubt!! I was going to order food but after that I turned and walked out very upset after witnessing that all! Also called corporate to fill them in as well if the situation!

The manager was sitting there, yelling at customers, cussing and swearing at his customers and yelling and swearing at his young employees I don't agree with how he treating his employees screaming at his employees saying that they were busy, even though there was only one car in the drive-through there was nobody in the actual Burger King something need to be done with how this place is rain before it to late thank you

Burger King driveway is being repaved. I was going to go thru drive thru. There was yellow tape lying on the ground and the cone in front of drive thru was lying down. Workers were way over in far corner of parking lot, not even in drive thru lane. I thought it was okay to float thru the drive thru, when lady came running out screaming at me that "what is wrong with you? Can't you see the drive thru us closed? You are putting my workers in danger. I have never been screamed at for a mere mistake like that in my life. I will not be going back to this Burger King. It's no wonder Burger Kings aren't doing well if you have people like this running them.

Management won’t take any bills exceeding a $20 bill. What? Do they know the $50 is the new $20? Additionally, the name legal tender implies a business must take my currency. So for people that use cash don’t go there for f you’re buying anything more than a kids meal. Manager is a dink with a poor attitude.
