We just received a dinner that we won in a raffle basket. Let me start by saying the food was very good. It comes with more then enough food to feed a family. I am a big fan of beef jerky, but I honestly never thought to try it from CT's Deli. I figured why not give it a shot today, and I will definitely be coming back for more. Very good flavor and thin pieces for easier chewing. Thank you to the crew at CT's Deli for another delicious meal.

I wanted to love CT's Deli, but I was underwhelmed. The atmosphere was great. Lots of little things to purchase. The staff was great. However, our to-go order was just ok. The french fries and paninis were soggy. Maybe if we ate in, food would have been better

The sandwiches were both delicious, Italian beef and pastrami. The homemade chips were greasy and past their shelf life. They have a nice menu with a salad bar which is nice. Service was good and prices matched the quality. Go in confidence, skip the chips.

Came in today for the first time and it was a little confusing. There was no one at one of the order stations so we made our way into the bar area. The person working behind the bar (I did not catch her name but she has blonde hair) did not explain things very well. The drink she made was horrible - we didn't even finish it. She seemed unsure of a few things, so maybe she is new? We gave her the benefit of the doubt but the person behind the ledge where you pick up your food is extremely rude! I had a question about my order but could not even get a full sentence out as he cut me off and was so short with me. It was like I was a bother to him for asking a question. We will not be back and honestly do not waste your money as the food was average at best.
Stopped in for the 1st time yesterday. We grabbed 2 pre-made subs to go (a 3 inch and 6 inch- Ultimate Italian) for almost $22. They tasted similar to a sub from a gas station. A cute cafe though!

Had a HORRIBLE experience today. My granddaughter wanted to have her rehearsal lunch there. We had the American buffet (for 30 people and luckily we had only 20 people attend), the chicken was dry and burnt, the burgers were grillled but wet, not juicy, maybe kept warm in water??? The potato salad was bland. Staff never came to check on diners. This is chef prepared food?!!! When the buffet was set up, the server put everything out and walked out of the room. We had to go find someone and ask if we were able to start eating. For $500+ tip, I expected a MUCH better experience.

Made my second trip to CT's yesterday while passing through Rhinelander. Service, food, and overall experience was 5 star again so I had to write a review. Had the brisket sandwich which was just as good as the cuban last time. Very special place, don't bother with anywhere else if you're in the area. Wish this place was closer to my home! Can't wait to return.
