When i was there last week, the woman filling the to go orders pulling food from the cook area, she was wearing gloves, i watched her walk outside to deliver a bag, walk back in, touching both doors twice with the gloves on then pack my order without switching out gloves...... so basically my food was contaminated with germs from the doors. i thought it was common practice to change gloves before handling customers food.
I did not want to eat my food after watching that and wasted over 30$. I wish i had remembered to keep my receipt to fill out the survey.
-mishandling food with dirty gloves
-not changing out gloves when touching new food
-walking in out customer doors wearing the same gloves then touching new food

Im from northern WI so when I sae my favorite place here I was already over the moon. The fact that it still has culvers atmosphere was even better and the food just as good . When I go here its to escape like im home again.

My favorite Culver's. The service is always excellent and fast. The food is always great. If you're having a bad day go to the Rhinelander Culver's and your day will be better.

We ordered hamburgers one single and one with the cheese curd, both burgers were so thin it’s a good thing the bun and added items could fill us up. We were traveling and on the road before we noticed how bad it was.

We usually go to this Culvers whenever we go to Rhinelander and we like their food. This time (appx. 11am) we ordered single butterburgers, mine was good, my wife's burger was way undercooked and to the point she couldnt eat it. They just need to inform the cooks to cook it long enough so someone doesn't get food poisoning.....
