I have ordered from this Domino's A LOT. As I was enjoying my most recent order, it dawned on me that of all the orders I've received, not a single one has had a mistake. Everything has been perfect and exactly as I ordered every time. I understand how busy this establishment is and for them to be that busy and to also get every order completely correct is amazing to me. All the driver's I've encountered have been super polite and communicative, however Ben is noteworthy. All staff has been impeccable in my eyes but would like to mention that Amy is very sunny and personable and a joy to encounter. For the owner: You must show your employees that you appreciate then because to me, it shows in how they interact with customers. Good job.

I just ordered from the Rhinelander store. First pizza they sent looked like it was ran over by a semi truck. Then the pasta they sent wasn't even 1/4 of the way full. Then I called and some very rude guy hung up on me twice. This store is very rude and clearly can't do a simple task. VERY UNSATISFIED with all the staff and this store.

The owner of this Dominos hired 4/5 new employees and had them start the same day leaving the manager to just figure it out from what I could tell. The manager was very kind and all of the employees i spoke to did everything they could to help BUT they have been put in such a terrible situation by their owner! There were like 10 employees in the store but it was a mess, orders were wrong, communication was lacking, tension was high and these new employees were lost! This is not how you foster your new hires! I felt so bad for the new hires and the manager! Get it together! They were all so kind and trying so hard but completely overwhelmed. No hate to the manager or the employees! They made things right but they need an owner to step up! ❤️

Seriously THE BEST Dominos in overall satisfaction we have EVER ordered. We live in Madison WI and have several Dominos in the area that we frequent. Rhinelander Dominos knocked all of them off the map! We ordered 2 large pizzas, a 2 liter soda and garlic bites. Delivery time was sufficient and tracker accurate. (I mention this because not all are.) Next, to our surprise, the store sent paper plates, napkins and some really cool Domino plastic tumblers with our food! And the best part is,....we never even asked for it!.....(Ah the little things!) So as if this wasn't an amazing experience already,.... you guys.... The food!!... Perfectly cooked and crisp, yum. ALL of it. I have never been so excited about doing a review in awhile but this one needed to be expressed! Thank you Rhinelander Dominos for standing out and taking such stellar pride and quality in your expertise! Keep doing what you do because it's certainly noticed. Kudos!

Never had an issue with this place not once. Always a go to for quick easy food and awesome drivers that are always super nice.
Placed a delivery order for a pizza and some loaded potato's, request a few toppings not get added to the order and they still put the toppings on the pizza and potatos. I wouldn't have left such a negative review but it has happened the last 3 times I've order from this location.

This place is extremely hit or miss there's either young kids working who don't really seem to care, but once in awhile you'll get a fairly competent adult cooking your food who actually knows what they are doing, 4 star is mostly for the 2 topping carryout deal can't really beat it these days since frozen pizzas at the grocery store are literally the same price these days if not more so.
