Pretty impressive, I've been there's several times and never once have I had cold fries, and my order has always been correct. The bar is pretty low nowadays but still it's impressive.

Bathrooms and whole establishment extremely dirty. Like the bathrooms literally had dried urine and use toilet paper every where. Where the workers were working was also dirty and unkept. I asked the workers to wear gloves and they refused and still got my order wrong. GROSS ESTABLISHMENT.

Drive thru line moves very slow here! Two cars ahead of me and it took 15 minutes to place my order. Ordered an egg mcmuffin with cheese, a hashbrown, and a strawberry banana smoothie. The sandwich was not what I ordered, neither was it the second time, or the third when they replaced them with biscuits instead of english muffins. The hash brown was cold and saturated with grease. The smoothie was flat...no strawberry or banana flavor to it. As I was waiting along with several others, for them to fix all our orders, several others came in with the same complaints. Since I'm a frequent customer there, I know everyone that is usually working there. Not this morning! Every face was new except one. New management for sure and absolute chaos within! As I read thru all these bad reviews, I see that every reviewer gets the same response. You need not bother responding to mine. Instead, use your time and energy to hire better management and train your employees. Then maybe I'll be back. In the meantime, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

always messing up my order. i asked for a large fry and they give me a medium. then always forgetting the sauces to. don’t have a problem with taking my money but not giving me what i pay for.

Food is nearly always stale nowadays, it takes 20 minutes to get through drive thru, window doesn’t even greet you when you pull up. I don’t know if they’ve gotten new staff or what. Another time I came in to eat and two of the workers were focused more of poorly flirting with one another rather than taking orders or helping their coworkers.
Pulled into the drive thru at 7:15, left at 7:34 and had to go back in for fresh fries, so I didn’t leave until 7:38

McDs is bland, cold, and no longer has the feel of a true American success story. Play area for kids gone. Color scheme used for the chain is boring and dull and they've gone to automated ordering removing the person to person interaction this whole country is lacking.

Man, McDonald's is slipping. Prices are obscene. I understand inflation. But, this feels like gouging. Atmosphere is sterile. Workers are zombies. Food is..... it's food? Very flat taste. Portions are tiny for the price. I think I'm done with McDonald's.

34 mins for a plain cheeseburger… we had other things on our order. Our tray of food was sitting at knee level on other trays on the floor while they “ waited on meat” for the PLAIN cheeseburger. While waiting there was a guy sitting at a booth with an ankle monitor cutting his toenails.. WTH you’re in a restaurant. An older lady with a manager name tag came out and asked what we were waiting for and I had told her we’ve been standing there for at least 20 minutes for our order. She said where is your order and I pointed to the stack of trays on the floor and said right there. She said what are they waiting for? I said I don’t know you ask them. Her response was “ well I’m going on break.”
