Very poor service, and disrespectful staff. The manager with the growth on her face was very disrespectful when I asked why I was missing my double quarter pounder. I also noticed my wife was missing half of her 20 piece nuggets, that really made the lady have an attitude towards me. She was mad because they made a mistake and messed the order up. Instead of arguing I just turned around and walked out and took my loss on the food I didn't get. Very disappointed in how this place has turned out in the last few years. I used to love going there to eat. Not anymore sadly.

They mess my order up so often at night, I should stick to the breakfast crew.
This is a slowly dying establishment. We pulled up to get our food and the worker sounded half high. We ordered 2 lemonades. We ended up getting water with a few lemon pieces in it. Our fries were rock hard like they'd been sitting all day and by that time we couldn't even finish the burgers as we didn't trust what they had given us. The service was poor and the workers didn't even seem like they wanted to be there. We have tried and tried to make this establishment work but I don't think we will go back again.

I’ve came here two times for breakfast the first occasion I asked for extra breakfast sauce on a number 10 order and I did not get it. Today I came through the drive thru I used my McDonald’s code to get 20 percent off I asked again on a number 10 order extra breakfast sauce and when I got home there wasn’t extra breakfast sauce didn’t even look like any was on it. Very disappointing. Makes me not want to order breakfast fast here again. You ask for something expect it and it never comes out how you want it. And I mean that’s every place every place has their own flaws I used to work for Mc Donald’s out in Indiana so I know what it’s like. But doesn’t give anyone right to keep messing up over and over again. Especially when it wasn’t even busy, I can see if it was busy but I order around 6am and I was the first car and then there wasn’t another behind me so there should be no reason or any excuse why I didn’t get extra breakfast sauce. I would call and they would probably give me a free remake of my order but the reason I went and got food and brought it home was so I don’t have to leave again for awhile so it is what it is. 🤷🏻♂️ just very disappointing.
Not to mention I order a sprite berry blast yesterday and remind you there is no warning I did not watch any reviews on this drink I knew they were coming out with the cosmic sprites but didn’t research it so I don’t know what to expect again no WARNING. I order the drink and I was asked to pull forward yesterday and I stuck my straw through the sprite very blast and it started exploding all over me. When the girl came to my window to hand me my food I explained that my spite exploded and she very well knew this happens and apologized and came back with napkins I told the girl to tell her manager to put a warning about the sprite because I wouldn’t have known it did that. I was kind and respectful even though I just had my drink explode on me.

Came through, pulled up to an empty drive thru booth, watched three cars get served ahead of me, rudely asked “you been served yet?” “Well then what do you want?” Only to have the person be confused about a happy meal and the new drinks advertised. They lied saying it isn’t available because they were too incompetent to find it on the screen. Drove off. Never had a McDonald’s this shitty. Just give a touch screen in the drive thru and save the money you’re wasting on these employees.

Ordered two of the steak breakfasts and we got no condiments went back around told them they gave us enough for 1 meal. Guess I get no condiments I did the last 2 times. Guess another business gets my breakfast elsewhere.
