I went for the first time in Mid May and can say this was one of the best Turkey Clubs/ Sandwiches I have ever had. There meat was fresh and piled inches tall. The staff was so nice and friendly. I sat at the bar and enjoyed my sandwich and a beer. I will 100% be back.

The Northwestern Hotel bar and restaurant is one of the best kept secrets in Rhinelander, WI! It is like walking back in time when you open the front door. They still serve the best sandwiches and homemade soups in town, and the prices are very reasonable.It is definitely worth the visit.

Always a great sandwich along with great atmosphere. The Northwestern is a cozy little throw back restaurant at the edge of downtown Rhinelander. Reasonable on prices and generous with portions. Clean little hole in the wall place. Awesome staff never leave you waiting long for your order.
Parking: Parking is free street parking with a small parking area in the rear.
Kid-friendliness: They have a large-ish dining area suitable for all ages.
Wheelchair accessibility: Both front and rear entrances are wheelchair accessible.
