Used to order PizzaHut over Domino’s because of a better, harder crust that didn’t droop. We order a few times a month, sometimes more for the sitter and kids. We used to always have our exact order, but every order I’ve placed the last 4 times has been messed up in one way or another. I’ve called twice on a couple really expensive large orders in the past, but I’m through with not receiving what we don’t order, or when I order a 4 topping pizza I get a cheese, etc....read full review
It was unexpected today to have our pizza arrive with no sauce on it but in a cup to the side. If we had wanted cheese fries with toppings; we would have ordered it.
ordered pizza and waited over 1 1/2 hours for food and when called for assistance. called for over 1/2 hour.. sat on hold and then when tried again was consistently busy for over 15 minutes. very disappointed especially when only have 1/2 hour for lunch..
