Such a wonderful experience from start to finish! My server, Steven, was so nice, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful...exceptional service! The atmosphere was warm and cozy and all decorated for Christmas. The food was great, my steak was cooked to perfection and the espresso martini was the best end to a wonderful meal. I highly recommend Rhinelander Pub if you're visiting or looking for a nice meal out. Thank you!

Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our booth was clean. It wasn't to dark in there the lighting was good. The steaks are very good tender and juicy. The baked potatoe was delicious. The French onion soup was good. The only complaint I have was the onion chunks in the French onion soup could be smaller and there was a small nat flying around our table. Other then that it was delightful

Was in the area and wanted to try something different so I took my family here. The interior has a classic Wisconsin supper club feel, but has been updated. The menu pricing was fair with a variety of food too choose from.
If you have kids, the portions on the kids menu are HUGE and cheap. Since everything from food to service was great we had to try a dessert, the triple chocolate ganache cake was fantastic!
Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Don't let the outside fool you. It's got great food, really nice staff and of course, great old fashioned's. Try the truffle fries!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I drove 2 hours to come here for the lobster, but the online menu was not updated so I got the salmon salad. The salmon on the salad was the size of a chicken tender, and it was over priced for what it's worth!

Chicken in my ceaser chicken wrap tasted like frozen bag chicken. Online menu was not updated and many items were not available and over priced.

Asparagus was overcooked but stuffed shrimp was very good. Waitress was abit slow returning with napkins, and the restaurant was not busy. Atmosphere is good. They new owners are trying to modernize a ole up north super club.

The Rhinelander pub has been around since 1911. Under new ownership the Pub has a laid back upscale gastropub vibe. The food is great with many options for various prices. They have fantastic cocktail, draft beer, and mocktail options along with a craft soda bar. I’ve had the mushroom ravioli, ribeye steak, pork ribeye seasonal special, flat bread, and wings. The truffle fries and French onion soup are two of my favorite sides. This is my go to restaurant for work lunches, taking family and friends out for dinner, or going on a date. They also do fun dinner events.

This place has been a staple in the community for as long as I can remember, and for good reason! The food is consistently amazing—whether you’re in the mood for a hearty pub meal or just grabbing a drink and an app, you won’t be disappointed. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing with friends or even enjoying some quiet time on your own. The staff are friendly and always make you feel right at home. It’s one of those spots that feels timeless, and I can’t imagine the neighborhood without it. Highly recommend!

Ethan was so hospitable and made GREAT cocktails. The appetizers we tired like the wings and flatbread were delicious. I highly recommend coming in to try the new vibes at the pub.

Updated summer 2024. Not sure what happened but this is not good anymore. Alfredo was watery and very bland with overcooked noodles. The veal and wild rice were dry. I don't recommend.
Excellent. Amazing selection on their menu. If you want comfort food or something healthy you'll be happy. They have good vegetarian and kid options as well. The place is pretty cozy, with a northern feel. It's a little drastic going into the dark restaurant though from outside but overall I was very impressed with this place.

Friday night. Party of 6. We had Fish Fry, Ribeye, salmon & baked walleye. All the food was wonderful. My kids (13&10) loved the Craft Sodas! Our waitress Laura? Was friendly, helpful & attentive! Wait for food was a little long(45-60min.), but we were in no hurry . Would definitely come back. ?
