Do better! placed a order online that online box and went to pick it up and all the food wasn’t in a box for 1, 2 all the food was thrown in a bag was very sloppy food was pretty much squished in the bag asked for it to be grilled, wasn’t…. The food was made very sloppy just really gross. Who ever the director is for that store location needs to do better with hiring people that want to work and not just hire people to fill in the position and train people better I work customer service and this here is very sad unprofessional food service! Placed two orders as well to be told we had to drive around the drive through again to just pick up the second order?! Really you guys, if you don’t like working there or doing “your” job then leave and let someone that wants to work, WORK! Really bad behavior, poor customer service, and clearly no good leadership. There needs to be a new shift lead that’s for sure and if there isn’t one then maybe the district manager should be coming in and cleaning house these workers/employees are hurting your bussiness and is not good for bussiness. Do better!

I have left a feedback with Taco Bell it’s self with my experience and how poorly my food was handled. The staff was rude when I explained my order was messed up over the phone, he hung up mid sentence. And I did not get an apology when I came up to the window and I waited in the drive thru when I went back for a good 3-4 minutes like they didn’t want to answer, and it took another car behind me for them to answer the intercom. There was two men who worked last night 8-13-25 at 11:47pm and a whole other man handed my food and was rude about it. I would like a refund. My food could have been handled better! And my experience could have been better to. ~Lucas

Terrible service. I specifically said no guac on my food as I’m severely allergic to it and it could easily take my life. Called and the manager I spoke to basically laughed about it. I’ll never return here again and I’ll be sure to let people know to never go to this location. All the manager said was it was a mistake. Almost killing someone isn’t a mistake, it’s a life change that would greatly affect someone’s family.

Well, tonight, I was on the phone with my other half, which currently drives truck. He stopped by the drive-through, and they were so incredibly rude to him. For no reason refused him service. It was very disheartening to hear how they treat people, a veteran at that. Either need some higher up, with morals, knowledge, and respect to come and train these lovely individuals or shut this place down.
We got there and I got spicy food, which u need a big drink for (or at least I do so my mouth does not burn off) well I got a number 7 with a soft shell taco (it comes with hard shell) and got a ba ha blast, well they told me that they didn't have any large in the the only cups that they had were small, I was craving there tacos and said whatever but then at the window they said, they forgot to order it, but other that that they were so nice about it

I drobe 25 minutes for late night dinner, paid $40 and waited in line for 10 minutes @11:36pm with no one in front of me for Cinnabons, 2 crunch wrap supremes, 1 gordita crunch, and a deluxe box. Only thing correct was the deluxe box (without a box and a squished and soggy crunchy taco), and the cinnabons. The gordita crunch and crunch wrap supremes had no nacho cheese, no lettuce and no sour cream. They looked disgusting and inedible. Photos attached. This sadly isn't the first time this has happened so I'm finally leaving a review. Wait until Merill, go to Eagle River or Minocqua. Avoid Rhinelanders location.

Ordered online a few times now and have issues with the order from time to time.
Today they missed almost half my order. After driving back across town to get the other half of my order they couldn't be bothered to offer a taco or nachos or anything for that matter.
Found an empty gum wrapper in my food. Nasty
