Absolutely terrible. Walked in to a powerful musty smell—gross and not appetizing. We had a 7pm reservation and they straight up did not have it. The hostess was nowhere to be found while we were being ignored, then later claimed she was “on the phone” and that someone must have “wrote it down on another piece of paper.” Odds are she’s the one who actually wrote it on a separate piece of paper. Instead of owning the mistake, she acted like we didn’t have our act together and that by saying she would “make it work” she was somehow doing us a favor. She added it “would have been a wait anyway” and told us to “get a drink” at the bar, where the bartender ignored us for nearly 20 minutes. When we left, the hostess ran outside yelling “your table is ready!” We said “no, thanks,” and she actually replied “sorry for the ‘10 minute wait!’” Absolutely insane behavior. We will NEVER return.

We went for dinner on New Years Eve. The restaurant was decorated so festively and there were hats and noisemakers for all. The special four course menu was nothing but spectacular. Some of the best food we have enjoyed in the northwoods. I unfortunately forgot to take more pictures.

We had the rack of lamb, filet & broiled shrimp, we all shared. The lamb had a wonderful flavor, the filet was butter tender & the shrimp got the biggest meh; bland but solid & nicely broiled. Emily is a rock star, acknowledged us soon after we sat. She's a keeper! Hostess is very nice, when I made reservations & said we're there for the Prime, I wish she would've told me we had to order ahead......so 2 of us didn't get our wanted Prime......

i ordered the chicken pesto pasta with chicken and no blue cheese. my wife ordered the steak ceaser salad. our open toed sandals and socks server brought mine with no chicken and with blue cheese. I asked if that was correct and she stated the piece of toast on my plate was the chicken. it was indeed toast. roughly 25 mins later I was brought the missing chicken. I truly believe my wife was served someone's old steak from a cooler as it wasn't cooked to medium well like she asked and it was cold to the touch. like it just came out of a cooler and didn't get reheated all the way. it wasnt just not hot, it was cold. they offered to take the steak pieces out of her salad and 'work on it' in the kitchen. so she didn't finish the salad or steak and when my piece of chicken came out we just got my plate to go. waitress was very apologetic. but we still had to pay full price (over $60) for just the 2 of us. pretty disappointing to say the least. Those aren't even half the issues we encountered last night, but will leave it at that.

Food was awesome the one night I was there, I know they were busy and the server, Emily, was Great!! She was running around but acknowledged that I was there and she took my order as soon as she could. The second night I was there was the total opposite, the server took care of all the tables around me and did not acknowledge me at all and after waiting about 15 minutes without her coming by me at all I got up and let her know that that I had been there and then I left. The hostess was very nice. Since I was only one person I think the server thought she wasn't going to get anything so it was no big deal to pay attention to me. Too bad she didn't talk to the server from the night before. Personally I think they cater to more of the bigger parties, sad.

My wife and I shared our anniversary at this place and it was amazing. Traditional type supper club with a great atmosphere and Amber was a wonderful waitress. We were there on Saturday night August 17th and it was prime rib. Now. It was one of the best primitives I've had in a long time. My bloody Mary was spectacular and my wife Moscato was exactly how she likes it.

Just went there for their Tapas night on Wednesday and it was fantastic. Great service, great food, and great selection of food. We had a large group of 8 and they were very accommodating. Will be back!

Went here the other night with family. Had a few drinks at the bar and dinner in the dining room. Lovely staff, delicious drinks and fabulous food! Not pictured, dessert was a grasshopper pie - devoured before we had a chance to snap a pic!

Really loved the mushroom brie pastry tart. With a table of 9 main dishes took about an hour to come out.

My wife and I went for dinner to celebrate our twelve year anniversary. The inside was beautiful and peaceful. Our server did an amazing job all night. The food was some of the best we've had in a long time. I ordered lamb and received risotto as a side and I've been craving it since. All around amazing. I can't wait to go back.
