The Dunkin’ & Baskin Robbins in Rice Lake is such a fun stop! The Cookie Monster ice cream is absolutely delicious, and the staff are always friendly and super quick—even when it’s busy. If you happen to catch them during a slower time, the team (especially the younger staff) are great to chat with and bring such a positive vibe. I’ve never left without a smile thanks to their great service and upbeat attitudes!

Friendly, but very SLOW service. Went thru drive-thru at 12:40pm on a Wednesday. No one was in the store and two employees working. Took 14 minutes from ordering to delivery for 2 double scoops of ice cream and a large flavored lemonade.

Several items we ordered were out of stock and I understand that you can’t always control that, but the menu also wasn’t updated, with incorrect items still listed.

Everything tasted good but I waited for quite a while... and my apple fritter was about half the size it should have been... My iced coffee was delicious as well but nowhere near filled to the top! This won't change my overall opinion of the establishment but we pay good money for your product and deserve to get our money's worth!
