The staff were friendly and quick. They did mess up one of our drinks and we had to go back to get the correct drink which we were not thrilled about (we were already a couple of minutes away). However, once we got our correct drinks, they tasted amazing.
Would be nice not to get a cup full of ice. Drinks are way too expensive to be shorthanded so much. I don't go out for coffee much, but when I do, always seems to be disappointing.
Every time I go there everyone is usually super nice but I went there yesterday (drove 40 minutes) because it was my Birthday and I couldn’t wait to get my free coffee. It was around 1:44 pm & I ordered on the app and drove up to the 2nd window when it said it would be ready, I didn’t get a hi or anything all I got was “from now on go to the box window first” from a guy with glasses, dark blonde curly shoulder length hair and that was it. He seemed bothered or annoyed...
