We got there during the dinner rush and waited to be seated at a table at the bar. The bartender was lovely and wonderful, after waiting about fifteen minutes we were escorted to a table. Our waitress (who ended up being the owner) sat us and we told her we’d like some water. After waiting another twenty minutes the rest of our party arrived and sat down. After waiting about ten minute we all went to the bar to see if we could coast get water. I saw our waitress and asked the bartender to direct her to our table. She came shortly after and took our order. We all ordered and another person in our party asked for water. My boyfriend then asked for extra tarter and lemon which never came with his food, my friend never got her water. We wouldn’t have gotten drinks if we would t have gone to the bar ourselves to get them. Our food arrives and my prime was completely rare I sent it back and when it returned it looked microwaved and was 1000% well done. Zero pink in it all all. While my friends ate their food I ate my salad bar and auggies waiting for our waitress (who is the owner!!!!) but she was nowhere to be found. She finally came back and my firmed asked for her bill and I told her to please take my prime off of the bill because I hadn’t taken a single bite of my microwaved overdone food. She said okay and walked away. After waiting another ten minutes my friends went yo the bar to look for a to go box for his food at the bar instead of waiting even longer for her. When she finally came back she refused to take the prime off, I offered to pay for the salad bar and potatoes I ate. She still refused and told us she was the owner and we didn’t know what we were talking about and that we should just stay home insisted of coming back. GLADLY. If I could give zero stars I would.

We tried Kincaid's Country Inn for the first time last year and have been back a bunch of times.
Really impressive dinner! Bacon-wrapped scallops with wild rice plus their smaller prime rib with potato skins. Nice salad bar and the Italian sausage & gnocchi soup was delicious.
Wife tried something new by adding some of their hot bacon dressing to the blue cheese on her salad and it worked out pretty well.
Old Fashioneds went down easy, beef was really flavorful and served at the requested temperature but the bacon-wrapped scallops were the best bite of the night. Served in butter they had crunchy bacon wrapped around tender (not at all chewy) scallops such that they cooked together a bit. No fancy seasoning or sauce, just incredibly well prepared and delicious scallops.
Both owners stopped by to check on each table while we were there and our waitress took good care of us. Sadly, no room left for dessert.
Yum!

Visited on Nov 1st 2025. Outstanding experience! Kendra total rockstar bartender. Fabulous server and the food was high quality. We had the prime rib, loaded baked potato,au gratin taters, steamed veg, salad bar, & key lime pie. I cannot say enough about the prime that Chris prepared for us. I talked with him and it is always slow cooked all day and tender and juicy. Best prime i ever had. Thank you for the meal and experience. Keep up the great work.

The quality of the food was excellent. The prime rib was delicious. Could have used maybe a little more seasoning but really the quality of it made up for that The shrimp cocktails were outrageously delicious. Anybody who eats without getting one is making a mistake. They are wonderful

We went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday as we have done for many years. We were seated by a window which was so dirty you couldn't see out of it. I ordered a drink which had a lime on it. However, the lime rind was brown. It was not very appealing. I ordered the Prime rib and fries. The prime rib was not very flavorful and the French fries were way over done. They were dark brown and had no taste of potato left. The waitress did replace them with a baked potato which I appreciated, but I'm not sure why they would have been served in the first place. However, looking at others who got French fries, they all looked the same. My husband got the Walleye and a gratin potatoes and he said it was okay. I think for $80 plus it should be better. We used to love this place but I don't think we'll go back again.

This used to be the place to go. Unfortunately the food has gone down hill since the new owners took over. The service is good.
We love it here!! Amazing food 😋
Great staff and service 👏
Great Food and owners are great people
Went here for a date night with the wife. Hoping for a fine dining experience. It wasn't. Ordered the bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizer. It wasn't seasoned at all. It was placed in garlic butter, but I think they forgot the garlic. The wife ordered the stuffed shrimp. Six tiny, and I mean tiny, shrimp stuffed with maybe a teaspoon of basic seafood mix. My seafood Alfredo was just meh, not bad but not good either. I've had better alfedo from a jar. Surprisingly the two shrimp that came with it were big. Which made me wonder why the stuffed shrimp on my wife's plate was so small. No free refills on soda or tea. I did have a bloody merry, it was the best part of the whole meal. There were two other couples there, but somehow they decided to stack us all together within whispering distance of one another. I don't mind spending over a hundred dollars on a dinner date with my wife, but this was definitely not worth the price. I tipped my server well, the food isn't her fault.
The food was really bad. I am happy to pay $100.00 for a date night dinner. This dinner was not worth $20.00. The service was good. The atmosphere was depressing. No music. There were hardly any patrons on a Friday night. There is a reason for that. It's sad because the Country Inn used to be our go-to place. It's not what it use to be.
