Meh. It's good for small town Wisconsin. I believe there was a significant language barrier that cost us an extra dollar for fried rice so be aware of that if you go. It's not much, but if you're going to be dealing with customers at least be able to communicate with them.
On my recent visit of 6/8/24, I've noticed some changes. First of all, the service is not the same. There was no warm welcome - just a question if I wanted a table or was there to pickup an order. It doesn't bother me if they don't speak a lot of English, it's just nice for people to say "hello" first!

Recently placed an online order and had instructions to arrive between 11:05-11:15 to pick up order. Walked in at 11:10 to get order. Host had a surprised look on his face and then said “oh” after he confirmed the order on their screen. Was able to get a refund, but he had a confused look as to why I was asking. I told him I placed a pickup order for a reason and can’t wait an extra 30 minutes for it to be made.
