Have played T Back dozens of times and continue to introduce the course to new golfers every year. It is difficult, yet fair. The course is always perfectly kept with nothing but nature all around. Hole #10 will drive you nuts and #18 is one of the most memorable finishing hole you will ever play. At age 74, I do feel a few holes should have forward tees a bit more “ forward “.
Love this course and will bring a few more rookies next month.

The golf course is spectacular, and super amazing with outstanding maintenance and true fun to play it. I highly recommend playing Turtleback. The 19th hole/bar is awesome. Great bloody Mary’s. Overall, service and personnel is as best it could be. Oh and not to forget, Turtleback has the best and tastiest Primer Rib. Love this place!! Keep up the good work TB
Karsyn, Event Director, is fantastic to work with! She has great attention to detail and is super organized! We host our school fundraiser here every year and she has made the process to easy and less stressful for myself and our volunteers. We are blessed to have this space in Rice Lake to host events. The food is fantastic and the service is 5 star. Thanks Karsyn and Turtleback!
