I work in Richland Center, so this Dunkin' Donuts is my go to everyday. The service is always great, they never mess up my order which they pretty much know who it's for when I order. They're always super sweet even under lots of pressure, since mornings are always busy. They may be short staffed right now, but they're trying their hardest. Awesome place! Keep up the great work!
The food is very good. Orders get messed up frequently unfortunately and some of the managers are quite rude. The regular staff is very friendly however. They never answer the phone so don't bother calling. Overall I would give it only three stars but the younger staff deserve more credit.
Ordered a coffee and donut on the mobile app for walk-in. Only my drink was waiting for me. When I mentioned the missing donut, the employee frowned at me.... like I had done something wrong? It made me feel bad for even mentioning the error. They threw the donut in the bag and handed it to me with NO apology and NO smile. Wow...
