Went to use the McDonald's app. Wasn't able to connect to the internet. Cell service was blocked. Store didn't provide no service. Lost the ability to use or receive my rewards. Lost over the 1800 points.
I was told my coffee wasn’t available to make but then when I asked for a refund they gave me coffee? When I got home I opened my food and it looks like someone took a bite out of one of my chicken nuggets. I’m a little disappointed usually RC is really good.
RC MCDONALDS FOR THE WIN!! First time in YEARS I’ve gotten a Big Mac that did not fall apart. Perfect amount of sauce. And the fries weren’t over salted. I’m adamant about amazing customer service every time and normally McDonald’s employees are lacking. Today was the first time I went to RC McDonald’s and I was extremely happy ?
