My friends and I were visiting Ripon to check out the movie theater and this was the only place to eat that we could find nearby that was open before 4 and it was a pleasant surprise to see how cool this place looked.

The older gentleman with glasses is amazingly nice. They have to this day never Messed up a order of mine. And we go 1-2 times a week
Never had an issue with this place before. On this visit though, one of our group had a hair in their burger, got my money back abd they told us they would make a new burger for us. Great, then the new burger had a hair in it also, so did they make a new one, we could not tell because a bite was never taken out of the 1st one. And they had the gall to tell me no one that works here has hair that color and 10 minutes later what walks out from the prep area..... and the attitude from the one lady.

I hadn't been to an A&W since I was a kid. Fast food these days is pretty expensive and A&W is a little on the high end for fast food, but it was still pretty good.

Go here all the time for the ice cream cones 1.04 can't beat that! Add on from last review, been having alot of problems with going through drive through around 7 pm and later. I went and ordered two cones today 8-30-2024 and they were not busy at all but I sat in the drive through at the windows for 20 minutes before deciding to leave with out my cone! This I'd the 3rd time this has happened after 7pm Not entirely happy
