Food was good but does not serve fresh tap rootbeer it's from a soda fountain so was not happy about that when I ask for it the employee said all come from the soda fountain was super disappointed

I decided to try this place because it was the closest location near me, and with such high reviews (4.6 rating), I had pretty high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.
I arrived around 9:50 p.m. (online hours listed closing as 10:30 p.m.) and placed my order for a bacon burger with no onions—repeated that twice since it was a bit difficult to hear. Shortly after, a young lady brought my order out while the lights suddenly started going out. I made a comment about it, and she replied, “Yeah, a lot of people want to come here when it’s closing time.” At this point, I was confused since I believed closing was 10:30, not 10.
When it came time to pay, she told me the total was $14.08. I handed her $20.10 and said I wanted my change back. Instead of the correct change, she gave me only $4, then ran off with a friend to a car and left. Dumbfounded, I went to the window to explain the situation, only to be met by an older gentleman with white hair who loudly said they were closed. When I told him what happened, he tossed $2.02 at me, slammed the window, and locked it.
The entire experience was unprofessional, rude, and left me completely shocked. If the owner or manager happens to read this, I truly hope you address how your staff is treating paying customers. With how this visit went, I cannot understand how this place holds a 4.6-star rating.

Overpriced. I ordered the 3-strip basket and got what looked like a single strip broken into 3 pieces and the tiny bag of fries was only 1/3 full... if I'd wanted a kids meal, I would have ordered one.

Ok, onion ring lovers this is a must have! Order their large order of onion rings. They come freshly fried, hot and it's enough for two people or a family with small kids. Delicious!! Comes in a small box.
My friends and I were visiting Ripon to check out the movie theater and this was the only place to eat that we could find nearby that was open before 4 and it was a pleasant surprise to see how cool this place looked.
