Manager was on her phone constantly.
Drive thru staff was pleasant. Order came out much quicker than normal & I think I know why. Food was cold which tells me it was pre-prepared. Both burgers were VERY overcooked & fries were under cooked. This is the 2nd bad review I've given in 2 weeks. Quality Control!
Love Culvers all over the State but this one. Crappy burgers occasionally, overdone patties resembling roof shingles, stingy amount of fried onions. Not worth stopping there, reluctantly I go to MacD.
