This was my first time with this kind of experience at Culver’s, usually every other location I’ve been to is 10/10. Not sure if it’s a coincidence or not. Came here with my wife and son on a Friday night. Food was great. The young man that took our order the second time was pleasant, the first teenage girl seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Was waiting in line to get my family custard which I waited for a good 10 mins in line with the 1 register open even though there’s was about 4-5 teenagers standing around that could’ve taken everyone’s orders and made things go a little faster which again is fine I’m pretty patient. But when 2 teenagers who one of which was an off the clock employee were distracting the other teens I started to get a little less patient. Then another group of 3 teenagers came in and 2 of the girls audibly screeched with their excitement and suddenly opened up another register to take their order instead of those of us who had been waiting a good amount of time already. Both the workers and the teens acknowledged this talking about it quietly even though I could hear them. But continued to do so anyways. I get it, they’re teens so I’m not gonna make a scene about it. But I’m pretty sure we spent about 60$ as a family and I can guarantee you no teens are spending this amount individually. Now I would rather take the added 20 min trip to Oshkosh and get better service.

Went through the drive through. I just ordered fries and a float. Lady brought my fries out and asked if there was ketchup in the bag and this woman was so rude and snotty and said, no there is no ketchup you have to ask for that. I said I ordered fries don’t you think that I would want ketchup and she continued to being rude and arguing with me. She went back into the building and sent a young man out with the ketchup sometime later. I asked the young man what the ladies name was that had brought my order out and he said her name was Abby. Honestly, I come here a lot and this is the first time I have ever encountered such a rude person as her. Do better.

The food is usually good, and for that I'm thankful, however this time it was awesome. The onions on my patty melt were fried perfectly and the burger to bread to onion ratio was literally perfect. Always good, today above and beyond expectations.

This comment is not specific to this location. The burgers always have very little ketchup on them, regardless of which location we visit. We have now started asking for ketchup packets, which were not included in our drive through bag. The onion rings at this location were so over salted we could not finish them. The burgers were yummy as usual with the exception of no ketchup. Literally a drop in the middle.

Wanted to try to the new Mac n cheese and of course the friend cheese curds. Mac was ok but the cheese curds were pretty terrible. I think I’ll stick to my homemade ones with a true Wisconsin squeak!

Love the cheese cards here, they very delicious and white cheddar. They just as good as a&w cheese curds. The butter burgers are pretty good too, its worth going here to enjoy good & family food. Definitely going here in the future. The food a little pricey but its delicious so its worth checking it out.

Wonderful butter burgers and fries! The ice-cream is to die for!! And they have a specialty ice cream weekly. My personal favorite there is the fish sandwich. Super tasty and a good sized portion.

We had good food and service. I was disappointed in the gluten free bun as it completely fell apart. I've eaten gluten free buns at Culvers before, so this is not the norm.

Brief, but delightful and interesting conversation with 83 year cashier that had been an employee at this Culver location for 23 years. Impressive fact from every angle.
