I ordered and never received my pizzas. I called 4 times and was told the driver was on her way. After waiting an hour I just canceled my order and didn't even get an apology. Of course I paid for it over the phone seeing as how I was at work. Let's see if I get my money back.

Now I remember why I don't order Domino's. Guy behind the counter acted like I was bothering him by placing an order. The pizza was not very good. And there was a large grease stain on the box after the pizza was eaten. It was a very greasy pizza.

I order pizza weekly for a small group I host, and they always have my order right and ready to go on time. I also appreciate the free plates and napkins!
Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free pizza for our daughter who has Celiac disease.
Ordered a $34 order at 7 pm. Using the cell phone Domino's tracker app, it said at 7:34 that someone was on their way w my order. I waited on my breezeway step. By 7:44, called. Was told by manager Jaimie that person was on their way after stopping at college, and system was "down", & they couldn't do anything about it. Person didn't arrive at my house, till nearly 8 pm. Was unapologetic, throwing his hands up and shrugging, smiling like it was some inside joke. Pizza at that time was lukewarm, & had to be put in microwave. I am literally 5 minutes down the road! Will not be ordering again!!

Ordered food by calling it in. The man on the phone was extremely confused as I gave him a college building to drop it off and kept asking for an address, but the building is the address… Then the delivery man was extremely rude and yelled at me because he was wasting his time trying to figure out where to take the pizza. Mostly due to the fact that the person I talked to never put the building I told him to deliver it to. Rather the address with all the buildings attached. So the delivery dude got mad because he couldn’t figure out the place to drop it off to. The minute I came out he yelled at me for wasting his time and said “you need to tell them what building.” I did…Repeatedly. He proceeded to say, “this is not okay because he had to wait.” The delivery man then threw delivery bag in the back of his car and slammed the door shut with an attitude. I’ve never experienced such a poor attitude due to confusion that was not even my fault! Don’t waste your time if you’re a college kid on campus. I would give it zero stars if I could.
Super friendly and caring staff at this location. They always make sure you’re taken care of as a customer. Food is always HOT and delicious!
