I don't go to McDonald's very often but when I'm near the Ripon I'll definitely stop. Every time I order whatever it is it comes out fresh and hot. I usually will only eat at the Ripon location. Today I was in town and figured I'd get a small double hamburger, sm fry and sm drink(12/29/25 approx 3pm). It did not disappoint it was great. What was not great was the rude angry man at the drive thru. When I pulled up to the first window to pay I didn't see anyone, so I assumed he meant the other window. Boy was I wrong he grabbed my cash I asked him if it was $.72, he said I don't know, I told him I was sorry, I didnt see anyone at the other window. He then walked away. When he came back threw the change in my hand and some coins fell out onto the ground(no apology) . He gave me my bag of ordered items slammed the window in my face. I tried to stay in line to talk to him about it but he refused to turn around. All I have to say is maybe he should clean the bathrooms instead and some therapy . How disheartening this experience was. I usually don't post reviews but this was so sad for me.

When the so called, power trip boy with glasses got mad at me for ORDERING food via kiosk that I paid for, then I redeemed it for something free, a few minutes later... I promise you will not have a successful future because this bothered you?! It's my money and my points... He also got mad at my husband for paying for his food and then used his points to redeem a small coffee. Silly little kids working a job that will be their future with their attitude.

My family loves to eat here. It's a good fast food joint. The customer service could use a little help. Also my youngest brother is a manager there and he definitely runs a good a fast food crew. His management is by the best he's great with customer service and I always keep him updated when we go there for lunch or whatever we decide to eat. The breakfast is also delicious too, its by the best fast food breakfast in Berlin wi. Its worth checking out, the only downside is that breakfast is only served till 10:30am. It used to be served all day but was changed awhile back. My family would love if they decided to serve breakfast all day.

Every time I go through the drive-thru, there's an older bald man at the window who is consistently rude. It doesn't seem to matter what I order-his tone is unfriendly, and he acts like helping customers is a burden. It really affects the experience and makes me not want to return. I hope management addresses this, because the rest of the staff is usually much nicer.

3 times now ive order a Carmel Iced coffee just to be given a vanilla one 3 times now and noitced happens when the same employee on on duty doing the drive thru for window 2 its getting old this is clearly vanilla not Carmel even says its Carmel on the receipts

Absolutely horrible. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to even take my order. Meanwhile about 10 ppl in back of me walked out! Then it took another 10 minutes to get my food! Unacceptable!!! The lady kept saying will be with you soon. When next week? She was waiting to put orders together when she should of been helping customers at the counter while waiting. She also was not the nicest. I understand places are understaffed so I was trying to be patient I should of just went to Culver's across the street.

Ordered lunch at drive through last week. Didn't get a receipt at first window. Got my drink and still no receipt at pick-up window. Was asked to park in the passthrough area between their lot and a neighboring business because there were 9 other cars waiting for food and spaces were full. 20+ minutes after I had placed my order, an employee dodged traffic like the old frogger video game, between the five through line traffic, indoor customers leaving traffic, and waiting customers finally trying to get out of parking spaces after they got their orders. Still no receipt. THHHEEEEENNNNNN, I OPENED MY BAG TO FIND THE FRIES WERE ONLY HALF FILLED AND ONLY HAD TINY BITS OF FRIES(MOST UNDER AN INCH, NONE LONGER THAN 1.25 INCHES. I ONLY GOT 8 NUGGETS IN MY 10 PIECE NUGGET BOX. AAAANNNNDDD MY PLAIN... P.L.A.I.N. CHEESEBURGER HAD ONIONS ON IT. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS CORRECT WAS THE 2ND BURGER IN THE BAG. But since that was right, I left as I had a wheel chair bound friend waiting for me to bring her that for lunch. Thought I would call the store later or call corporate but, like I said, I had no receipt to provide them with store location, transaction number, or order details. Terrible management, overwhelmed team members, lack of quality control, lack of timely service, failing to provide receipts for purchases. Basically I got ripped off and had to wait over 20 minutes for them to do it. I'd say they owe me, but don't trust them enough to go back, even IF they said they'd make things right(and correct, in proper quantities). I hope they close, TBH.
Zero stars-do not recommend! The customer service...HORRIBLE! I have never been treated so poorly! I will never again stop at this location when traveling! They will get your order wrong and then argue with you when you politely ask for them to fix it. I was stunned.
