Ordered a huge meal for my family with 3 large mashed potatoes and gravy. Got home (30 minutes away ) and there was NO GRAVY! This was after a long wait in the drive through as they are ALWAYS OUT OF CHICKEN! Every time we go there it is a horrible experience. Food is good but service is terrible!
