Like most chains, everything hinges on how it is managed. This one seems to be one of the best. The burgers can be a little dry, but the malts are fantastic. We avoid eating during peak times, and find the whole experience is better. Ripon is fairly consistent. Always clean, well maintained and comfortable.
People who lack customer service in customer service positions drive me nuts. It was really refreshing to have someone with excellent customer service to everyone who walked in. Good job Eric keep up the good work and thank you.

5:15 4/23. The deluxe burger & 2 kids burgers were very over cooked - crispy outside & super dry inside. Fries tasted like a holdover from lunch. Drive thru Staff was very pleasant. 2 kids meals & 1 deluxe single w/sml fry $28. Would expect better quality.
