“I’m back here again and let me tell you this is a must stop place!! Not only do they serve Wisconsin favorites, but their elevated menu offers dishes that rival big-city restaurants. Their Friday fish special is unbeatable. This past Friday they had scallops which were perfectly seared, buttery, and paired with vibrant seasonal flavors. Actually the corn from the dish was from a local farm stand, delicious. We also got the beet & goat cheese salad, a delectable contrast of sweet, tangy, and nutty flavors. For drinks I went with the The Lime in the Coconut which is a fun take on a daiquiri with coconut cream, lime, and a hint of Tajín for balance. The creative drink list—featuring favorites like the Dragon Rita Tini and James Hendrix—makes this the perfect place for dinner and drinks.“

“So first... love Culvers as a whole. Food, custard, service is all great. Place is usually clean and they turn over tables quickly. My complaint is the parking lot... they are very popular but you go around meal time and the lots is crazy full. They consistently have people pull ahead so they can bring the food out to you (great) but that also forced the drive-thru traffic out the already congested entrance. Last visit I probably spent 7-8 minutes waiting for cars to move enough that I could exist my space.“

I got the banana bread French toast and my friend got the skillet, both were delicious. We also got pie slices to go. Can’t wait to try a different kind next time!“

“The Gooseblind is a great place to go for FRESH, homemade food to order! Yeah the wait can sometimes be a bummer… but that’s a cost I’m willing to take when I know my food is being made fresh to order!! Nothing here is “premade” & a lot of love & energy goes into the food. The burgers are delicious, apps are always great, pizzas are PHENOMENAL (fully made fresh- even homemade dough!!) & the sandwiches are always amazing! Come to the Goose for some amazing food! Obviously don’t be a douche & demand that your party of over 10 people be sat immediately when it’s super busy. That’s basic restaurant courtesy that a lot of people have seemed to have forgotten….“

“Treated my Mom and her friends to dinner at the Oakwood Restaurant. The trio could not say enough great things about their dining experience. Tremendous service, great cocktails and elegant dinner. The menu was what lead to the reservation versus other Green Lake restaurants, the result was a spectacular evening for them.“

“Had the full rack of ribs on Sat. night, they were excellent fall off the bone done, tasty sauce that was just the right amount, not to messy not to dry. Slaw was tasty, potato wedges were tasty too. Wife had the 4 piece chicken w/baked potato and was very happy. We both brought some home for another meal. Everybody was friendly and very accommodating. We will return soon.“
