“I have visited this bar and grill in Fox Lake, WI, three times now. The last visit was for the purpose of having the Friday Night Fish Fry. A good variety of fish dinners was offered; I selected the perch dinner. It was served quickly and was just as I expected. The owner and server were both courteous and appreciative of my business. I will be back!“
“For a smaller business they do a great job. It's good home cooked meals. The only time we had to wait a while is when there is large groups in there. It's a nice quite place to relax and enjoy conversations with other people. Everything is made fresh, it's not sitting in warmers. We'll keep going back there.“
“We have visited the Boat House on two occasions, both were exceptional. Casual, relaxed and friendly. The staff will make you feel comfortable and well cared for. Food is good and prices are fair; especially their specials. This is a great summer stop, but winter is very good too. during the winter, you will not be able to take advantage of their outdoor amenities (Tiki bar and lawn games, and boat dock) but there is plenty to offer indoors.“
“We had fish and smoked wings tonight and I am SO happy we tried this place out! As a good chef myself it is often times hard to find places worth spending our money on, but not this place. The wings were so amazing we are going to place a large order sometime in the near future. The fish (dry breading) was phenomenal! It wasn't greasy like some places are. Thoroughly enjoyed this place and will most definitely be back again soon!“
“When I arrived there were only a couple other tables. Was seated immediately. Server took my order promptly. When delivered my breakfast saw my coffee cup was empty said she would bring more. Finally got refill when was almost done eating. Had to search for the server to pay. Food was good but the service was severely lacking.“

“I've had ALOT of mushroom swiss burgers in my life but the 1 i had Wednesday nite was THE best I've ever had. Sooooo many yummy mushrooms on the burger u cud barely c the burger. The fries were awesome 2 n the prices were great!! Definitely going there 4 some more!!“
“Decided to try this place with a friend. Never been before. The Ham Stack breakfast was amazing. The food was out in what seemed like 30 seconds. The waitress/server was very well on point and called us "hon". Small town wisconsin atmosphere for sure.“
“A great stop as always . Be sure to get reservations and have cash with you. No credit cards . Tonight we checked in early and several tables were empty. We have never had issues like tonight getting a table without reservations. In addition, its cash only and the ATM was out of service. So bring a checkbook if you know what that is anymore. Its always a great time but i dont understand why you wouldn't charge 3 percent to every credit card and give that an option especially when your atm is broke.“
“Hands down the BEST fish fry ive ever had! Plus Paul, the owner, always makes sure that we are having a good dining experience! He explained to us why quality of food, and even the oils they use to fry the fish, are of up most importance! Great integrity behind this place; highly recommend!!!“
“Not Statz Ale House anymore.It's called Sauers old fashioned Pub and Grill.We did take out and the burgers are excellent.Bar tender are friendly, and right on it.The food came out super fast.It wasn't real busy Sunday night but dang it was good.Parking: When busy, parking is a mess.“

“We have been going to The Bell for several years now and tried pretty much on the Friday menu. Everything has always been good but tonight I had the Poor man's with garlic mashed potatoes and it was the best I have ever had. We were so happy with everything tonight.“
“Love this pub! Darren and his staff are hard working and attentive. The food is awesome (gotta try the wings and burgers) and they have a good assortment of beverages. Darren in particular has a large knowledge of different cocktails and drinks making him one of the only professional mixologists i've ever met.“
“I was in beautiful Beaver Dam and was extremely hungry. Decided to try the 2-piece Cod Dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy, with broccoli. What an amazing price and an even better meal! This is a must for anyone who enjoys a good fish fry. The service was outstanding and food was delicious! I hope I got this right...I think his name was Dave who took my order and served the food.
