“What an amazing place! Cozy booth seating in the front room, old-fashioned decorations everywhere. The salad bar has delicious pickled german vegetables, and the broasted chicken entree was better than what you get from big chicken chain restaurants! Also, LGBT-friendly!“

“We walked in not realizing the time on a Friday. It was 7:45, we were told it was no big deal at all to whip us up a fish fry. I had the cajun, it was so good. Good amount of breading, flavor soaked the whole fish, not much heat. It was a great fish dinner. I will definitely be back.“

“This place was reccomend to us and it was a cool place! There is no indoor seating but park benches in a nice grassy area.
Good selection of food and really good prices!
The chicken fingers were crispy. Fries were great. Ice cream was refreshing. Oh, root beer was good too!
I didn't use them but the bathrooms really are clean (check out the sign).“

“We came here for the first time and we absolutely loved it. We had Kristin as a server and she was very attentive and got everything we needed. She was sweet and treated us well. Atmosphere is super “ home town” and comfortable with a full bar and great seating options. Best fish fry around!!!“

“We eat at Eggys often. The food is fantastic and affordable. Each time we go I try something different on the menu. The last time we were there I ordered the Ribeye and I am very fussy when it comes to steak. It was absolutely fantastic, cooked just how I asked and the flavor was wonderful. It just melted in my mouth. Thank you Eggys for coming to Fox Lake!“
