I can’t say enough of how much I appreciated the gentleman that was working. He saw I had crutches and before I even got out the gentleman came out and asked if I needed help. He was so nice. I’ve always loved Carbones and to have employees that provide such great customer service is so great.
Pizza was okay. They tipped it or pushed the box and it stopped abruptly and when I opened the box when I got back home and some of the toppings slid off the pizza. It was pretty disappointing to say the least. Also they told me they were completely out of pasta... every kind of it lol.... I think they just were too lazy on super bowl Sunday to make any. Considering they're 200ft from the grocery store it was out of laziness not stock.
I was in town for the weekend and had a hotel nearby. The hotel said this place does room orders, so we ordered from here. No 3rd party drivers like Uber or DoorDash picked it up for 2 hours, so the food got cold. I called in and asked if I could just pick it up and Damon offered to remake it since it got cold.
