Person manning the counter, with curly hair and glasses, was kinda dismissive and rude. I waited ~10 minutes for my drink only to find it had already been melting on the counter because they didn’t call my name or tell me where the pick up counter was :( I get customer service jobs, but come on man at least let me know when my drink is ready

This Caribou Coffee, tucked inside Family Fresh to the left, is probably one of the best small locations out there, even without a drive-thru. I was very disappointed in how the customer in front of me was treated today. He ordered two iced coffees and was charged over $16. I saw the receipt and it showed a $5 drink and a $6 drink plus less than $1 in tax. It was very simple math and very obviously wrong. The staff wouldn’t give him the time of day when he brought it up.
