How dare they call this place Einstein Bagels! Einstein was supposed to be a smart guy but bagels are the dumbest things I can possibly think of! I mean wake up people! They are trying to distract all of us from the fact that in 1998, The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted 16 ft through an announcer's table!

Staff is nice & I like them but I've always asked for my bagel not toasted and they always toast it. Fairly disappointing because it happens every single time I'm in no matter if I specifically say not toasted. Can't seem to get it across to them not to toast it not matter what I say.
