First visit here on 7/16. The food was great BUT the mistakes were less than desirable! Ordered a Butterburger cheese with all the condiments.... mustard, ketchup,and pickles. It came out without it. Ok, they said a trainee got the order together. Understood! Second visit was 7/17 and I voiced my concern about the mistake yesterday. Well....for a second day straight, my sandwich came with cheese and meat....no condiments!! Hmmm, just fate, I guess!! 3rd visit to this location was 7/19. Again, I voiced my concern over the lack of cooperation with what I wanted on my order. I was reassured they will get everything this time. I grabbed the meal to go....and 10 minutes down the road when I opened the bag to eat, I discovered that for a 3rd time straight, the sandwich was bare!! That's 3 strikes...sorry Culver's, you're out!!

I went here on accident, I had done a mobile order but arrived at the wrong location. When me and the cashier and manager figured that out, I believe it was the manager but whoever it was corrected the error I made and had the order canceled at the wrong restaurant and they immediately made my order. This woman was so professional and kind. We talked for a moment while I was waiting for my food. She is great for your customer service and handles everything effortlessly. All of our food orders were correct and delicious. That awesome lady really took the spotlight for our visit and I am glad to have stopped here. Thank you for having us!

I have been going to Culvers for years, food is decent but have gone down in quility, raise prices and make burgers smaller
Accused me and my friends from stealing and then when they were wrong everyone started talking poorly about us to all the workers we walked out before even ordering. Never had such a childish experience at a Fast Food place

Order through the drive thru. When I got home I saw my concrete mixer was missing my strawberries and my sandwich was missing the mayo. Really disappointed spending money on a meal I didn't enjoy. EDIT: Just saw their health department inspection for this week. How disgusting. Shame on management, I ate here several times a month. That's done with. Get your shit together! Disgusting practices.

Very poor service, extremely slow drive through. Drove away and called store and was told sorry for the wait but no refund. 2nd time stopping here and to wait exceedingly long. No more. When to McDonald and got my meal quickly in the drive thru.
