“I absolutely love everything I’ve tried from Papillons. While everyone raves about their Italian fries, I truly think they have the best pizza in the area. The staff is incredibly accommodating and genuinely pours their heart into both the food and the overall experience.”

“12-17-22 sat at bar this evening to see if I was going to get the same great service as sitting in restaurant area. I should not have thought any less Ana the bartender was alone at bar, restaurant not too busy but steady this gal handled both drinks and surrounding tables perfectly. She knew who was next and properly took care of in order. I had asked how chicken wings were cooked she said fried (yes) I asked if celery was served she said no, but when my extra crispy (my request) wings came to me there were celery sticks !! I also had the soup, cream of chicken and it was wonderful creamy and oh so good. This is a place for great food (kudos to the chef!!) friendly staff, priced right and you don’t leave hungry!!”

“Clean and friendly service. This location has come along way since opening. They had a rough start but they finally got there and the customer service really is great. With businesses being short staffed, Starbucks included I have to say they really are doing their very best.”

“Generally speaking the service at Culver’s is great but tonight I decided I wanted a sundae and would patronize the Culver’s in Rothschild needless to say I felt like I was a bother to the server in the drive up when I drove up to pay. I asked for covers for my order and she acted like I was putting her out and no thank you! Just not a good experience tonight.”

“I thought it was very good food for the price. Everything was hot and ready on the buffet. The dining room was spacious and the music was low. No complaints, except about the wait staff. Don't expect much other than being led to your table. Sept 2023”

“Shout out to the staff. Our wait time was extended due to an unfortunate customer in front of us refusing to pull ahead, they demanded to wait at the window until their order was fulfilled. Some dude with Illinois plates, no shocker!
We got to the window and the young lady was super kind, apologetic and pleasant despite the previous customer being less than ideal.
This particular location seems to be understaffed for whatever reason. It's a challenging business, so I am going to speculate that has something to do with that. So the food is never fast fast here, but the quality seems to surpass competitors. The gyros are awesome, like something you would get out of a good food truck.
Prices are the typical high for fast food, but you can get some discounts on the app to get a little better pricing.
I am compelled to leave a good review for this location because the staff here trys really hard and super nice.

“Finally got to try it today, and wow! I didn't realize how fake other coffee places tasted until I tried Tucknee. Their coffee has a real, robust coffee flavor without being too strong. The staff was friendly and helpful as I looked over the menu. I highly recommend giving them a try!”

Last but not least, the new tap room has a great blend of Bavarian feel with a more traditional, old industrial back drop. Live music, great beer, kitchen coming soon makes BFBC a great place to hang out!”

“MY SON AND I WERE HERE LAST EVENING -THE TRADITIONAL FRIDAY FISH FRY WAS THE VERY BEST FISH FRY WE HAVE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME. (WE HADN'T BEEN TO PINEWOOD IN A LONG WHILE.) WE ALSO ORDERED A RELISH TRAY AND THE VEGIES WERE FRESH, CRISP, COLD AND VERY GOOD., DIP WAS EXCELLENT TOO. OUR SERVER - DIANE (I THINK HER NAME WAS DIANE) COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER OR NICER.
