What an experience!! We came for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. Everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing! Wren was an incredible server and tended to our every need and made spot on recommendations! We were able to have the lovely window table for nearly three hours and relished the wine, appetizers, entree and desserts. We cannot recommend Ciao highly enough and can’t wait to come back!!

Customers highly recommend Ciao for a wonderful evening, with must-try items like the pear martini and salted caramel dessert. The beef Wellington is particularly praised, described as "eyes roll in the back of my head GOOD!" Kelsy, the server, is a rock star who knows the menu, specials, and wine list inside out. While the famous "Ham Log" is not available, the ribeye and lobster bucatini are delicious. The Chicken Parmesan, though generously portioned, had a slightly bitter sauce and the chicken was a bit oily, but the overall dining experience at Ciao leaves guests craving to return.
