“My son took one look at our Chicago style pizza we picked up and said "what is that, I'm not eating that" proceeded to eat it and say it was the best pizza he's ever had. Customer service here is spot on. Always great. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend.“
“This is our second visit. It's about 45 minutes from home. Nice atmosphere with casual, to upscale dining. The dining area looks out on the golf course, and the ski runs at Granite Peak in Wausau. The food was fabulous, and the value for our dollar was very good. Wait staff was very polite and fun! We will be back more often! Excellent Italian food.“
“Stanley has great customer service. He did an amazing job with suggestive selling, along with making sure the customer was happy with the experience. Shortly after our arrival the restaurant became busy, the staff handled the rush with professionalism. The only negative feed i could give is the cleanliness at the time of the rush. There was no staff available to pick up dirty dishes or to wipe down tables as customers left. Staff seemed to only be able to get to cleanup after the restaurant cleared.Dietary restrictions: I did see the gluten free menu had a decent menu. I however would like to see a low carb option for someone who is diabetic. Such as possibly offer zoodles or other lower carb options.“
“Our server for our party of 6 was amazing. Our food was very delicious!!! Two tables away, there was an older man sitting alone, eating and listening to a story being played on his phone. It was very loud and annoying and kind of risqué in nature which made us uncomfortable and I'm sure the people that were sitting only one table away didn't like it either but no one said anything to him. Other than that, we were pleased with Olive Garden.“
“This was our second time there and the food was consistently good. This experience was especially pleasant because of how charming and informative our server Zack was. Not only was he able to provide informed recommendations on the menu, but also on other places to visit while in WI. I will also say that as someone that drinks classic martinis when dining out and is often disappointed by the drink a receive, I was SO impressed by the martini here (both times we came). Plus I don’t know the last time I was able to order a quality martini for less than $12 so that was just an added bonus. Additionally, the fact that the chef came out to check on the table and see how the mean was… such a classic form of hospitality and care! I hope this place continues to succeed. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the customers experience.Vegetarian options: After talking with Zack, our server, about vegetarian concerns, he was able to offer off the menu optionsParking: Lots“
“What a wonderful evening we had! The lobster bisque was some of the best ever. The layering of flavors was exquisite! The beef Wellington was perfectly cooked. The gnocchi was so light and fluffy. The veal melted in your mouth. We finished up with a pear martini and the salted caramel dessert. A special shout out to our waitress Jen! We HIGHLY recommend Ciao!! Don’t miss out!“
