I would give it zero if I could. We understand this location is currently closed due to who knows what. My fiance and I were supposed to have our rehearsal dinner here in about 2 weeks. We didn't realize they would be closed so long. Thankfully we found another location who was wiling to accommodate us. But we could not believe the lack of communication, not even from a corporate official. I have emailed there corporate office 2 times and have yet to receive a response. If this location ever reopens again I would never go there again. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a business.

Wausau location has always been a favorite due to the staff. If the food falls short they take care of it, but there is not often an issue. We are looking forward to visiting again once they are open. Good luck GM.

A lady named Mary there was very rude to me saying it was too busy there to deal with me and she kept saying it would take 20 minutes and I told her ok no problem. She then had me call Doordash because she said the order was cancelled before she would send it through. I told her it wasn't and tried to explain to her but she kept being rude. So I called. After she knew I was right she then kept telling me she didn't want to deal with me. I asked way she was being rude to me? She said I'm not then said she doesn't want to talk to some kid anymore and I remind her of her grandkids and I need to know when to keep my mouth shut when she wants it shut and told me I had to wait outside! She then told me she's the manager if I had any complaints. Wow! About 1000 dashes And never had problems like this. If I have to wait I just look at my phone for a bit but she wouldn't stop saying she didn't want to deal with me when I was just sitting there.

My burger took forever it took 1 hour and it was good but they messed it up there was tomatoes what would of happened if I didn't open the burger what if I was allergic to tomatoes my friends mom burger was disgusting and dry. Dont go here.

I'm only giving this one star because I can't give it 0 stars. I have never been to a restaurant and had such horrible service and questionable food. Everything about this visit was awful. A waitress that never came by, asked for water 3 times and never received any, waited 25 minutes from drink order to order our food, something very strange in one of the meals, no bread with one meal which was supposed to come with and then when asked where the bread was, was told they were out. One from our table ordered her meal with no green onions and it came covered in them. Then to top it off, they added a 20 percent gratuity to the bill. ...which certainly was not deserved. Spoke to a manager who took the gratuity off and took a bit off of the bill but we will NEVER be eating here again.

Stayed here for a few days last week for work. Pizza and onion Rings were pretty tasty. Staff was friendly. We decided to come back to the hotel after a work meeting on a cold day and meet some co workers for some beer and a late lunch (around 2:15pm)Come to find out the restaurant and bar CLOSED from 2-5. No notice at check in of hotel only notice we got was when we walked down to the restaurant and read the notice on the door. When I asked front desk staff they informed me there’s new management and they are trying new things out. Not a good thing considering the restaurant is connected to the hotel and convenient for some guests. We decided to go to The Bar of Wausau which was a block away from hotel and will more than likely go there for food and drinks from now on. Not a good move.

Usually our go to place but last time, wow, bad. Ordered nachos with chicken and the chips were soggy greasy flimsy and very little chicken. They were so soggy and greasy you could not pick up a chip to eat it, had to use a fork. There was so much runny velveta cheese it was gross...never again would I order this. Boneless wings usually a 10 for us was a 3. Took 45 minutes to get our two appetizers...likely not coming back for a long time...

Catered to what I wanted and didn't want in my pasta. However, I would recommend larger shrimp overall.
Don't ever order the bone in wings unless you don't care how wings should taste. They may have a half sprinkle of salt, and that's its nothing else. It's like they took them out the fridge and just through them in the grease. They taste gamie without flavor. No flour just naked. They also gave me the most watery ranch and barbecue sauce I've ever tasted. If you can't get easy as wings right then I'm not going to try anything else. I also had a vodka with a splash of OJ. Now you already know they messed that up too. She drowned my vodka with so much juice!!! I was pissed off!!

My server was terrible today, from the first I the first interaction. I was clearly an inconvenience for her, in an almost empty restaurant. The Manager was just the same. It’s a shame I won’t be patronizing them any longer. It was close to work and their food is pretty decent. Overprice commercial food, but it has good taste.

Used to love it but everything but the bartenders was awful. Out of signature menu items at 5 pm. Ran out of mashed potatoes. How is that even possible? Might need a new chef if they can't even come up with those in the fly.
