Why is food cold 30mins after the place opens? No matter how this question is answered, the answer is not good

Willful Distinction

Just trying it out while we were in town. Everything we tried off the buffet was terrible. We are big fans of oriental buffets but, this one was by far, the worst we’ve ever been to.
We both took a few bites from our plate and decided to leave as it wasn’t worth it. Time to go find dinner somewhere else and consider the $32 it cost us to be a cheap lesson. Stay away.

Looking for a place to take your family or a group of friends look no further. Great food and service. Every time I've gone with my family, we've always been welcomed warmly and left with full bellies. The place can get packed during lunch, so choose your time wisely.

I work on the road and eat out alot all.over the state.
I have to say that this is one of the best budget friendly Chinese Buffets in the state.
Ate during dinner rush and all food was fresh and very good.
Staff was also friendly even for carry out.

The food isn't bad, and it's cheap enough.
Popular food options run low though if it's busy so expect to wait for them to bring out fresh or pick through what's left, it's safer to sit down to eat here than it is to grab to go when you pay before you know what they have ready..

Tattoo Talk “OG ROC” With OG Roc Family

Today I ordered a very simple meal a lg chicken friend rice, first time ordering from here, we ordered through door dash as well, something I’m not fond. Of either. When received food the container that rice was in was opened, and I was VERRRY HESITANT TO BOTHER, so I called the restraint and explained to them. IN A VERY calm and collective voice I spoke to a manager a lady who refused to listen and stated that nothing can be done except calling door dash, they refuse to just remake the food not no refund I just wanted the food remade so I know it was ok. SHE REDUSED TO MAKE THE RICE, said it wasn’t her problem and hung up on me..LITERALLY looking I bewilderment like I’m calm and cool and she hangs up…who cares not her fault and REFUSED to just do the simplest of things to make sure me and my daughter are fresh food not tampered with…..NEVER AGAIN WILL EAT FROM OR THERE SND IF YOUR NOT CONCERENED ABOUT WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE EATING LIME THIS EXAMPLE THEN WHO SAYS YOUR ESTABLISHMENT IS CLEAN AND KEPT UP AND NO RATS OR AMYTHJBGS IS NEING COOKED IN OUR FOOD? I’m just simply saying my container was wide open in the bag and she didn’t care at ALL…HORRIBLE AND SHAME IN THEM!!! To bad I had to leave a start or they would have neg zero..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION…

Honestly the king buffet in Wausau is way better with way more varieties of food. When I walked in the place looked very clean but once I grabbed a seat the chair was sticky plates weren’t clean and food honestly made my stomach hurt. Honest opinion, go to the Wausau king buffet… better service better quality food and deserts, cleaner environment in my opinions

I go here all the time and usually the food is pretty good and the staff or more than friendly but this last time was hands down the worst it started with me getting my food and when I sat down to eat one of the chicken stick it was splintered in the middle so I was chewing broken pieces of wood and one stabbed me in the mouth I figured it was a honest mistake so I decided to eat the sweet and sour chicken and the first peice I ate had hair baked into it I spit it grossed out but continued to eat and the very next peice I picked up had even more hair in it at this point the waitress who never asked if I needed a refill the whole time give me the check so feeling rushed and sick from the experience I hurried and paid the bill (no tip ) and left promptly this place isn't bad usually bud that many mess ups in one day I ridiculous wear a hairnet and please check your skewers before putting me at on them someone could seriously get hurt

Very poor customer serviceWe had only been to this restaurant once years ago, but tonight we went for the second time in 4 months. Both times the food was good overall. Some of the chicken was overcooked and some of it wasn’t hot but that is to be expected in a buffet. It was clean and pleasant inside.But both times, the service wasn’t just bad, it was non-existent. When we went in, a table was pointed out to us, no words. The waitress came over and said “drink”. My husband asked what soda they had. She said Pepsi products so he ordered a Mountain dew and I ordered water. The waitress dropped off the drinks as she was walking past the table. No words were exchanged, no menu was left and we just sat there for a while waiting for her to come back. We never got a “do you need a menu, do you want the buffet, please go up when you are ready, please use a clean plate each time, so how is everything, do you need anything? Nothing. My husband had been planning on ordering off the menu that he had seen in the window but as we didn’t even have menus at our table and our waitress never came back, we both just decided to get the buffet. Twice someone came by and just said “soda”? Part-way through the meal, a bill was laid on our table, again with no words. No “please pay me when you are ready, please pay at the front, how was everything, hope you come back again”. Nothing. When we paid up front, we were met by a stony gentleman who also didn’t say anything except “sign”. I am a little shocked at the reviews that say the service was pleasant. We never even got a smile or a friendly glance from anyone. I don’t think we will go back. Note; I cannot leave a review on facebook. Looks like they turned that off.
