We have been impressed with Papillions everytime we visit, we love their Cheese Fries (a whole order will literally feed all 3 of us and then some). Plus we recently used there back room for my baby sprinkle and everything was perfect, would recommend for anybody. Our waitress for the party was super nice and we generally have no complaints of the staff.

Easily the worst pizza I've had in the last 30 years. The crust was like chewing on a 50 year old dress shoe. The sauce tasted like watered down ketchup. An off brand I gave the rest of it to my neighbor that I don't like.

Stopped in there today. I've been here many times over the years. It was one of my mom's favorites. We lost our mom a little over a year ago. Just opening the door took me a minute. Then the smell brought back so many memories. End of a shopping day. We had the kindest waitress. We ordered my moms favorite the Italian cheese fries. Just as I remembered them. I did everything to not cry I was sure that sweet waitress would have been so confused. We will be back prob every year for my mom's bday. Ty to the sweet waitress we didn't eat much took most to go.

Great place for a low-key comfy dine in option or call in, and within 20-25 min, take home the goodies to the family. Staff is amazing (hi Sky ?) and always a pleasure walking into their place.

25 yrs ago & 400 miles away after showing the hotel mgr where I'm from-he was telling me how great Papillon's is(I already knew that). Had the deluxe pizza,wow!;-last night & they are still living up to their reputation,delicious & large qty for the price,that sauce is just totally awesome,looks like xtra cheese without ordering extra. Definitely coming back!!??? ????????????

i’ve never been to this restaurant before. I ordered food to pick up. I picked up my order and was called back by the restaurant about three minutes later stating that they gave me cheese curds instead of Italian cheese bread. they wanted me to bring back the cheese curds, which were in my car, not knowing really the safety. They took the cheese curds back and gave it to the people they were supposed to, the food I had was a chicken taco salad that was the worst taco salad I have ever had. They also stated that they were known for their Italian cheese bread. It was terrible. It’s bread with some mozzarella cheese on it and that’s it. I do not recommend this restaurant. It really makes me question the quality/safety. what type of restaurant would give somebody the wrong food and expect you to bring it back and then not knowing what happened once I picked it up, took it back and gave it to some other customers after it had been in my car.
