One of the best local, family owned restaurants in the greater Wausau area! I absolutely love the must-have Italian Cheese Fries! There are menu options for all, and daily specials. The staff is very kind and the restaurant is cozy for dining in. 10/10 hands down!

We have been impressed with Papillions everytime we visit, we love their Cheese Fries (a whole order will literally feed all 3 of us and then some). Plus we recently used there back room for my baby sprinkle and everything was perfect, would recommend for anybody. Our waitress for the party was super nice and we generally have no complaints of the staff.

Easily the worst pizza I've had in the last 30 years. The crust was like chewing on a 50 year old dress shoe. The sauce tasted like watered down ketchup. An off brand I gave the rest of it to my neighbor that I don't like.

Stopped in there today. I've been here many times over the years. It was one of my mom's favorites. We lost our mom a little over a year ago. Just opening the door took me a minute. Then the smell brought back so many memories. End of a shopping day. We had the kindest waitress. We ordered my moms favorite the Italian cheese fries. Just as I remembered them. I did everything to not cry I was sure that sweet waitress would have been so confused. We will be back prob every year for my mom's bday. Ty to the sweet waitress we didn't eat much took most to go.
