Ordered from the Rothschild location and was disappointed with our pizza . I ordered double sausage and mushroom. It was not double sausage. We had pizza at the Wausau location previously. They had more and bigger sausage. We didn’t even order the double previously. I called to complain about it. The girl on the phone said she didn’t see our pizza and would talk to the cook. She puts phone down and sighs very heavily. I can hear them talking and she comes back one. He told her it’s not the amount on it but the size of sausage.
I can tell you that is not true. At the other location it was bigger and plentiful. This location was a ripoff.
I will not be back!

Stopped in at the Rothschild location for a slice always had great pizza from the lacrosse location ordered a large at 710 pm server said twenty minutes 40 minutes passed when my wife approached the counter and asked about the status it was just sitting there for 20 minutes the five staff members seemed to be more worried about closing the store than to let us know our pizza was ready I asked for a refund and was told that’s not how it works and if I don’t like it don’t eat here I asked for a number to complain that was not provided I went to the main website and let them know about the incident as well Sam Polito responded by email only asking what location and no resolution the company lost many sales based on this transaction alone and the lack of response from what I believe is the owner I’ll certainly find a new place to get a slice and I’ll make sure to suggest others follow suit

cleanliness was always inadequate, but the food poisoning I just got and threw up was the straw that broke the camel's back with me. I'll be inspecting my food, and if I find so little as one bit of mold on my pizza or one day after expiration of the soda I bought, I'll be calling the health department to do a thorough search of this restaurant

I love eating at Politos and I’m so happy that my wife and I live in Wausau and can go there any time! They have the best Mac and Cheese pizza around, hands down! Whenever I’m craving pizza, I’m craving Politos!

I haven’t been here in years. It’s really gone downhill. I ate in. Pretty much every table was dirty. The entire pace looks like it hasn’t been cleaned well in a while. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is. The pizza isn’t nearly as good as it used to be either. Very disappointing.

I do not recommend it. I went looking for a pizza combo but before I went in I stayed a few minutes inside my car talking on the phone and an employee came out to tell me that I had to leave because I had not bought anything yet. I was very surprised by that. I have been a customer of theirs for a long time and something like that had never happened to me. I will definitely not go back to that place again.
We stopped here after the trampoline park for a quick bite to eat, reviews said the pizza was good and it was recommended…what a disappointment! They had a handful of pizza choices to choose from and it was only 5-6PM on a Friday….considering they are open until 10, they didn’t even have a simple pepperoni! We stayed for a bit with hopes they would fire up more appeasing pizzas with no luck. The pizza was OK at best. The atmosphere was not what I expected-and the staff was rude…we were there with our 4 children and met another family who showed up shortly after us and the girl working the register said loud enough for us to hear “ohh good-more kids” in a rude and insulting manner when she saw more children coming to dine…maybe some customer service training is in order for this rude young unprofessional? We likely won’t be back or recommend to others.
