Manager (Emily) very rude to staff and customers. We waited for almost 20 mins for her to notice us and make our food. She made my sandwich and found her hair in there and rarely changed gloves and washed hands.

10/23/24 Came in for lunch. I only get 30 minutes. The manager was repeating why she didn't have something stocked was because she didn't order it. Not sure why you would say that out loud several times. When I decided maybe she still hadn't see me standing in front of her, I leaned forward and started ordering. She told me I had to wait for the one employee making a sandwich to help me. After 5 more minutes, I walked out. The manager was still in the same spot doing the same repetitive motion of touching the pad and exiting in and out of the same screens. She looked mentally challenged.

Whoever the female staff member was making sandwiches 10/17/24 (the day of post) at noon was disrespectful to customers on a level Ive never seen. A man simply pointed out their deal for a free Gatorade *woman says* “what? No. You NEED TO TELL US THIS. You don’t just get it. Just ring him up. It clearly doesn’t matter”

A separate instance to me I walk in looking for my sub for pick up and she asks “is that an online order?” To which I didn’t hear her say due to her looking down, behind glass, making food. She then (with a condescending attitude) says “you’re online right? Thats why I asked you that? *scoffs* *rolls eyes*” then proceeds to slam my sub on the counter saying “here ya go” in what remained of her condescending tone.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, ordered online checked their hours it said it was open trying to pick up my order door was locked I’m never coming to this place ever again don’t recommend person inside didn’t even bother in explaining why he was closing to early. Don’t go here

I recently had a disappointing experience with Subway that has left me quite frustrated. Despite their advertised hours, the location I visited closed early, preventing me from picking up my online order. To add to the inconvenience, my order was canceled without any prior notice or explanation. While I did receive a $5 gift card as compensation, it felt more like a token gesture than a genuine attempt to make amends. The lack of an apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience only compounded my dissatisfaction. This experience has significantly impacted my perception of Subway, and I am left questioning whether I should continue to trust their service in the future.

So me and my family drove across town to get subway a craving my pregnant wife was having. When we pull in to the parking lot it’s 8:30 a half hour before they close. One kid sees us pulling in and runs to the door and locks it laughing. Seeing there open for another half hour and we were going to take our subs back home I get out of my car anyway to then have the manager come unlock the door and tell me they are closing early for a team meeting. Mind you you can see the full crew making subs at the line.

Stopped for dinner tonight, around 5:15pm. Expecting it to be busy, which It was. The manager Bradley decided it was OK to talk to a different customer very rudley along with yell at his employee in front of multiple customers. I looked at some previous reviews and see he has been named in the past. Not sure who owns this exact subway, but I would suggest finding a new manager with a little less attitude towards his customers/employees. This is not the first negative experience I have had at this location, but it will forsure be the last becuase I will find a different subway to patronize (hopefully with a nicer manager)

I walked into subway 10 minutes before they closed and Bradley the manager that was there was so so nice. I apologized for coming in so close to close and he assured me that it was no problem and he was happy to take my order. He carried on a conversation with me like we were old friends. I had a very stressful week with my grandparents having both had surgery and his kindness put a smile on my face. Thank you for your kindness Bradley!!

THIS WAS AWESOME! We were served very well and had an awesome time with Bradley, (Mr. Fresh) who was so funny! But there was a random husky running around the restaurant so that was a tad bit strange

Dead feel to it. Seemed short staffed. Waited 30 minutes in line with one person in front of me. They were out of things. Staff members were rude to each other and not very nice to customers. Food was normal subway food so good, but I don't think the price and experience is worth it. I will only come here again once I forget what it was like the last two times.

Bradley the manager that was in at around 4pm today was very rude and took 30 minutes to make an order of 3 sandwiches simply because “she worked at the gas station next door”… so after we waited he finally asked us what we wanted, only my mom and I (my friend was with as well) we ordered our subs and that took him another 15 minutes and did seem stressed due to online orders. But then after my mom paid for our sandwiches, ignored my friend in line? So I said “she is also getting a sandwich” to which he replied “well that would have been nice to know 10 minutes ago” as he was trying to take down online orders from delivery drivers that came in way after we did. He was very rude and unprofessional. Also seemed annoyed that my mom asked for some of her sauces in the side. Kinda weird… but yeah, not time friendly, and they also did not clean the knife between any of our sandwiches or the prior order to ours. So if that’s a health code violation or something it’s being done there.

Don’t eat here if you have allergies or food intolerances. Between 11 sandwiches, they never replaced or cleaned the knife. Only wiped it down with a subway sandwich paper they made another sandwich on.

The coperation has these weird numbers and names assigned to the sandwiches. It makes ordering difficult. The quality seems to be less and less every time I go there.
