Walked in while I was getting my oil changed from next door to a father and some kids waiting at a table. My partner and I were never greeted when we came in and stood first in line waiting. The two people working looked very busy making sandwiches so we had both assumed they were the gentleman waiting already and sat down after about 5 minutes. Another 5-10 mins go by and he is still waiting and they are still making sandwiches. I go stand up in line again and total this time I wait for about 15 minutes. A couple had walked in behind us also waiting. The dad and children eventually got up to leave with no food in hand answer his daughter’s question to the lack of food with “yep we waited over 45 mins we will go somewhere else” the couple behind us soon followed out the door. The gentleman working looked over to the other coworker making a comment about how the “online orders come first” eventually we asked how long it would be and only then we were addressed with no apologies of the wait. My sandwich wasn’t very full to top it off.

We did an online order that my wife picked up on her way home. They mixed up our breads to sandwiches. Wife got home 15 minutes from store. I called about the mix up and Michael got us refunded and apologized. Like he had a thought their was a mix up. It would have been a huge issue but me and my wife have food allergies thar cross each other. I couldn't eat the really big mistake because I don't eat mayo or ranch and my wife cannot eat oregano. Very stratified with the fixing.

I bought a dozen cookies they were all inconsistently baked and my oat meal tasted old like it was refrigerated without a top or sealed container and it was something on it like from a towel

The fresh bread wasn't fresh....Wanted a quick afternoon sandwich went into Subway ordered one. 10 minutes later, The bun was so hard it had been just like microwaved too long. It Wasn't fresh perhaps.

Manager (Emily) very rude to staff and customers. We waited for almost 20 mins for her to notice us and make our food. She made my sandwich and found her hair in there and rarely changed gloves and washed hands.

10/23/24 Came in for lunch. I only get 30 minutes. The manager was repeating why she didn't have something stocked was because she didn't order it. Not sure why you would say that out loud several times. When I decided maybe she still hadn't see me standing in front of her, I leaned forward and started ordering. She told me I had to wait for the one employee making a sandwich to help me. After 5 more minutes, I walked out. The manager was still in the same spot doing the same repetitive motion of touching the pad and exiting in and out of the same screens. She looked mentally challenged.

Whoever the female staff member was making sandwiches 10/17/24 (the day of post) at noon was disrespectful to customers on a level Ive never seen. A man simply pointed out their deal for a free Gatorade *woman says* “what? No. You NEED TO TELL US THIS. You don’t just get it. Just ring him up. It clearly doesn’t matter”

A separate instance to me I walk in looking for my sub for pick up and she asks “is that an online order?” To which I didn’t hear her say due to her looking down, behind glass, making food. She then (with a condescending attitude) says “you’re online right? Thats why I asked you that? *scoffs* *rolls eyes*” then proceeds to slam my sub on the counter saying “here ya go” in what remained of her condescending tone.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, ordered online checked their hours it said it was open trying to pick up my order door was locked I’m never coming to this place ever again don’t recommend person inside didn’t even bother in explaining why he was closing to early. Don’t go here
