Went to subway 128 today and the prices listed are not what you are charged. Nice bait and switch on the price. According to the poor kid who took my order they had no notice the prices were changing the store was extremely busy and they did not have the time to change the prices. I ordered a #18 was listed at 9.99 was charged 11.39 to which I was told would never be able to change price to what was listed. I left without a sandwich as it was a bait and switch by corporate.. I don't know if I will be back. I tried to leave my comments to corporate and they would not register because I did not have a receipt. The poor kid told me what he could.

Older woman was quite rude. Whrn i was checking out and getting ready to pay, she almost charged me with a bag of chips that my 2 year old grabbed and put back, and instead of admitting she didnt watch her put them back she claimed she had "caught her" so thats why she had put them on the order. Then when i was trying to decide weather i wanted to pay for a drink she handed me a water cup without allowing me to decide.

The woman behind the counter screamed at my wife and I when we didn't say exactly what kind of cheese we wanted right away. the roast beef taste a little old but it would have tasted a lot better if I wouldn't have gotten screamed at.

I've had great service before but today the older lady was very rude and short to me. Even when picking out toppings for my sub. Not very professional. I was polite and courteous the whole time as I know how it is to work customer service.

Put in a carry out order right when they opened. When I opened my order, 1 sandwich was clearly on old bread (I expected fresh since they just opened when I placed the order, ) barely toasted when I asked for it, the other sandwich was not toasted either.I try to give this location a chance, but every time I go, something is always wrong with my order. I can also tell they are extremely understaffed and the one who was there when I picked up had a horrible attitude and clearly didn't want to be there.

Bathrooms are horrendous! The owner of the subway needs to either push the landlord to take care of the building and the grounds or move to a new location. Not sure if we will be stopping here again!

I went to this Subway and the woman working there seemed rude didn't even say hi. She seemed annoyed because I took a moment to look at the menu. Took my sandwich to go and ate about half and there was a long hair in my tuna sub. It was just gross and threw the rest away. Subway over the years has gone downhill and rarely eat there.
