Outside of large cities, It is hard to find donuts or bakeries of this level. They make things from scratch, you can see the quality in the final product. Worth the stop if you are driving through, i recommend it.

For the past several years, I used to drive from Minneapolis to the big fireworks store across the street from Uncle Donuts, then stop here for some treats to eat on the return home. Now I drive from Minneapolis to go to Uncle Donuts, and maybe stop at Fireworks Forever across the street. Stopped by today and bought an apple fritter from Cheryl - best ones in Wisconsin. Just like the ones my mother was never able to make.

One of the best donuts I've ever had. Great mom and pop shop. Donuts are so good the kids actually ate the whole thing and not just the frosting. Highly recommend. Family of 4 each got donuts and adults coffee under $15 as well!
