BERT'S is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the heart and soul that Paul and his beautiful wife Jennifer have poured into this place. Paul is an amazing owner—welcoming, friendly, and genuinely passionate about making sure every guest has a great experience. Jennifer is just as wonderful, adding warmth and charm that truly makes BERT'S feel like home. And of course, Murphy the dog deserves a special shoutout 🐾—such a sweet and lovable presence that makes the visit even more memorable! Best cheese curds I’ve had in Wisconsin! Cosy vibe especially with the adorable Christmas decorations and Murphy the friendly bar dog. Such a good dog. Definitely will be back for the atmosphere and food.

Extremely disappointed we have been coming here and brought my family here . We walked in for a fish fry and waited 90 min for our food. My fish fry included homemade chips that were soggy my fish was overcooked. Excuse was short staffed once again they said this another time we were there . Friends disappointed as well with us. Service has certainly lacked .small menu. Just not what it use to be. Sadly

If you’re not a local, then avoid. This place is.not for people that are new to the area. They severed everyone they knew, for 45 minutes, before I even was able to order. Wanted to order some food, but unless you are a local, then you aren’t getting served.
Beyond ridiculous. I am guessing that if you’re reading this review, then you’re not a local who they cater to. Avoid, unless you want to wait 45 minutes to get a beer, and then wont even get a dinner menu. They will certainly make it a point to tell you, that they don’t need your business, and that your not welcome
