Her talent is incredible, all I sent was a photo reference of what I wanted the cake to look like & she just made it happen, no problem. She could not have made it easier as well, the customer service was top notch. If I could give TEN STARS I would!

I recently ordered a cake from The Cake Lady with a tight deadline of just one week. While I appreciated the urgency, the final product didn't quite match the picture I provided. Although the cake looked similar, the details were lacking - specifically, the flowers that were a key part of the design. Unfortunately, they were barely noticeable, which was a bit disappointing.
On the plus side, the cake tasted great! However, the lack of attention to detail was a significant letdown. Given the importance of visuals for special occasion cakes, I expected more.
Due to this experience, I won't be ordering from The Cake Lady again. While I understand that urgent orders can be challenging, I believe a bit more focus on details would have made a big difference. Perhaps next time!
Cecelia did a fantastic job creating our wedding cake! The cake was equally as beautiful as is was delicious, and I'm very excited to have my second tasting on our first anniversary. Before we ordered, Cecelia provided a tasting of various different cake flavors and fillings and helped guide us in choosing a combination of different layers of filling that worked together. She also used our wedding cake inspiration photos to design a cake that perfectly fit the overall wedding venue and theme. We ultimately chose to order the lavender cake with lemon curd and custard filling, which was amazing :)
