The nicest people work here and my blizzard is always full ❤️

Lived in the area half my life and been coming for YEARS to this location, however, the past few times I've been the guy in the drive thru window has been nothing but short and rude towards me. He again was rude tonight and couldn't seem to get my order right after repeating it numerous times. We will continue to support the local DQ however, I hope he has a better demeanor next time we come through.

One thing about this Dairy Queen is that the employees are always so happy and friendly. I enjoy the simplicity of the menu and their ice cream choices. Sometimes you see long lines, but they go through pretty quickly. Be sure to check this place out.

Needs to learn how to add the proper amount of ingredients and how to mix the blizzard. Order from here often and they always do a poor job making them. Would be nice to have candy in more than the top inch of the blizzard. Edit: Just order from the Oak Creek store, 17 minutes away vs 3, arrives more frozen than the SF store

DQ ice creams cakes (St. Francis location) are a big hit for all kids' birthdays at our house. I order them in person, staff has been very helpful and accommodating and cakes have been ready on time, every time. Thank you for the lovely birthday memories!!!

Trying to figure out why I get the same thing every single time I go, but it's always different prices. One day my order could be $6.76, the next day is $9. Why is this? It's the same item always. It's one of the last dairy Queens here in milwaukee, and I understand why dairy Queen is not working here. Numerous times I have to ask for napkins and a spoon, I always ask for a receipt, never get one though.

Gave me the wrong to go order. Went back inside, told them the order was wrong and the front counter guy threw my receipt at me and said it's correct. Well i ordered fries not cheese curds so yeah it wasn't correct. No sorry or apology for the mistake.

Worst service possible. No please no thank you. HEY OWNERS LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE PAYING YOUR BILLS AND KEEPING YOU OPEN.. ITS EXPECTED IN THIS COUNTRY

DQ has low-key, great short order food if run by a quality franchisee. This family keeps a clean restaurant and dishes out quality fast food. The Alaskan Cod Fishwich was crispy and not stale tasting. The cheeseburgers tasted like cheeseburgers in the 80s, and the fries were nice and crispy and hot. I'm sure their staple, the ice cream treats, were also delicious. The 2 for $5 and $7 combo meals are a great value.

Went through drive- thru ordered blizzard, strawberries, bananas and hot fudge.....very disappointed..one strawberry yes thaat is what i wrote.. ONE....Polite at the window. For what I paid, I have bananas at home, would have bought strawberries, got fudge and vanilla ice cream for less. 😠😠😠
