I really wanted to like La Finca, but after two separate visits where my family and I had to walk away without getting a table, I can’t say it’s been a good experience. The biggest issue is their seating arrangement or lack thereof. When you walk in, no one greets you or helps with seating, which leaves customers wandering around trying to find a spot. Unfortunately, there are never any available seats, and if there are, they’re usually small tables that can’t accommodate a family.

What makes it even more frustrating is the poor organization of the seating. You’ll see two people sitting at a four-person table or a woman and a child taking up a six-person table while larger groups struggle to find a place. If the restaurant took the time to seat people properly, they could fit more customers without forcing so many to leave.

We don’t come here to linger for hours, we just want to sit comfortably, enjoy our meal, and go. Unfortunately, that seems impossible at La Finca. Until they improve their seating system, I can’t recommend it.

Visited for the first time, 1:30pm which was a busy time good amount of seating and wait wasn't bad for amount of customers present. Had a Mexican Mocha and one of the chocolate Deserts in the case. Both were good.

My experience at the Finca was always excellent! A very cozy and rustic place, its warm, family atmosphere inspires you to visit it daily. Their services and products of excellent quality. But what made me fall in love with this place was its Café Tres Leche Latte ❤️ I visited this café 6 years ago and took my whole family. Unfortunately a few months ago they changed the recipe for my favorite coffee in all of Wisconsin. 😪 It makes me very sad not to find this drink because I understand that they should no longer call it Tres Leche Latte if they changed half and half milk for 2% milk and they took away the cinnamon and added caramel, it would be like a caramel macchiato and not a Tres Leches Latte 😪 They take away from the specialness of this coffee its sweetness and its touch of cinnamon. I will return as a loyal customer if they return their original recipe for my favorite coffee 🥰

I love this place a lot me and my girlfriend go here fairly often to get coffee and food. Although this last time we went I most definitely got some kind of food poisoning when i order the chipotle chicken burrito. Again i love this place and i would recommend it to anyone but it was a bad experience this last time.

I have gone to the finca a few times and each time I get the same lady at the register who is rude and demanding. I went in and asked for a moment while I looked at the menu and she was being very rude. I then asked for a sweet coffee recommendation, gives me one and makes the assumption that’s the one I want. As I was looking for my punch card, she took it out of my hand and said this is the one. I was rushed and extremely uncomfortable. She should not have a job in customer service.

Horrible customer service. I was confused about the differences in how they can make lattes and asked a clarifying question. The latina cashier was SO rude. I pointed to a pastry and asked her what kind of bread it was. She said 'I don't know. It's from the panaderia'. She used a rude tone.

I wanted to support this latino business while visiting Milwaukee, but they need to upskill the sour patch who took my order at the register. It seems that she may even be the owner or manager. I never take the time to write a review like this, but it's warranted. I work in customer service and no matter how bad my day gets, I never take it out on my customers.

Some coffee shops have coffee shop food. This coffee shop essentially has an authentic Mexican restaurant inside of it while retaining that intimate coffee shop vibe.

Ambiance is super. Don't crowd this certified Milwaukee gem.

They have lots of drinks specials so always something new to try. Way more than just coffee, good sandwiches and other drink options like matcha tea. Nice atmosphere and a good view of the lake.

Not friendly. Did not feel welcomed. Pour over was terrible. I threw it away after two sips. The customer service was actually more off putting than the coffee. Hard pass.
