Placed an order for pizza on Saturday and received a pickup time of 6:56pm. Arrived at 6:59pm and the doors were locked. While the Manager did bring out my food after a quick call, the issue was that he choose to end the interaction on a negative note by complaining about my order and scolding me for not being on time. If this place wants to promptly close they might want to not allow the system to give out pickup times 4 min before closing, i would have gladly came sooner. Also, who would expect a pizza place to close at 7pm on a Saturday during a packers/bears game.

This location sucks, go to the one in Oak Creek.
I ordered for delivery. My order was delivered missing items. Unable to get a hold of anyone at the store, no answer, voicemail not set up. I paid 50.00 for 2 large pizzas on a Tuesday when they are 10.99 each. Terrible/no customer service. I need a refund for items not delivered. Unable to get a hold of anyone at the store.
We encountered a few problems while we were at Papa Murphy’s today. 1) our order was passed up (during preparation) and the order placed after ours (both placed in store) was prepared prior to ours. They finished that other order, before they even started ours!! 2) a young man came in to pick up an order that was being worked on. The employee who was preparing this young man’s order used the same gloves to work the cash register (touching the screen etc), then went right back to making his pizza. Very unsanitary. He asked for them to re-make the pizza, which they did. That delayed things further for my order. 3) they were apologetic for the delay in my order, after I asked them why my order was being prepared AFTER the order that was placed after mine, in store. They did not, however, offer any kind of discount/coupon/etc for the mistake. 4) once we got home and cooked our “cheesy garlic bread”, we came to the realization that all they did to prepare the garlic bread was to put a folded up crust into the black tray and put cheese/garlic on it. The dough did not raise, it was super flat and we could not eat it. Yuck. (See pictures). 5) the pizza was more like thin crust than the classic crust we ordered. We were there around 6:00 pm on a a Thursday (5/15/25). Didn’t get out of there until about 6:40pm. I doubt we will be back.
the thin crust is wonderfully crispy
Order accurate and was ready when promised.
Yes it's a deal, but it appears their cutting pack on the amounts of toppings.
Once you get it home have get additional toppings out to put on them.

Awesome service
Pizza is usually great, but the change in sausage not good. Sausage crumbles
Dry and tasteless. Sand like texture.
Nasty experience
Made quick & pizza is great!! Thin crust rocks 😁🤤 Drove past them for years & never knew it was actually Really good pizza that is pretty easy to bake perfectly with those weird paper-like baking trays they come on 🤷🏼♀️

..Owner needs to teach employees about hygiene. Old guy comes in while I'm waiting, places an old radiator bottle on counter and tells the girl he needs water for his radiator..as she's wrapping up my pizza..leaves my pizza to fill it..comes back from the kitchen still with her gloves on, slides the jug across the counter .goes and gets my pizza..slides it to me on same counter and goes back still with the same gloves on to make the next customers pizzas..Won't be back.
Love the friendly workers
Customer service was great, however, the 4 salads that I got to go along with our pizza dinner, we're EXTREMELY browned lettuce!!! Totally unacceptable and a waste of money
Quick and clean
Good pizza. Good deal.
