web page offering coupon is out of date. prices are higher than coupon. arrived to pick up pizza and waited. and waited. box was damp on bottom, which meant it was not served when I arrived. disappointed. came highly recommended.
Had a bit of a shocking experience this evening. Ordered pizza on door dash from Saraphinos. the app said to expect a 35 minute wait for delivery. After about 50 minutes, we gave them a phone call. I was greeted with an incredibly unprofessional woman who said my pizza would be 1.5 hours, not 35 minutes and after asking several times she said she could not give me an ETA. Quote “you’ll get the pizza when it’s ready and it will be delicious.”
